steps to resolve
1. Open any Microsoft Office

or Excel
2. At the Top-Left corner of the
application, select the File Menu
3. At the Bottom-Left corner of the
pop-up, click on Account
4. Then click on Resolve.

1. Visit the Microsoft 365 portal at Office.com


2. Log in using your Microsoft 365 Login Credentials.
3. Once logged in, locate the "Install Office" button and click on it.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to download the Office installer
file.
5. Once the download is complete, run the installer and follow the
prompts to install Microsoft 365 on your Windows and Mac device.
