It is important to develop your envisioning skills to detect future problems and
therefore foresee its evolution.
Research about new trends and based on this data, try to visualize different
scenarios. What do you observe?

You have to develop your ideation skills in order to develop unique solutions to
future problems. Start by detecting current improvement areas to solutions that
already exist. Is this the best possible solution yet? How can you achieve a
greater impact?

Focus on developing your ability to test your ideas and acquire learning. Start by
making small experiments with those ideas that you have not finished yet. Then
ask yourself: What did I learn? What can be useful for the next experiment?

You have the desire to transcend and make a positive impact in the world, but
sometimes you doubt of your skills to make a change. Identify the people who
achieve extraordinary things. What did they do to achieve them? What can you
learn from those experiences? What do you need to do to achieve the impact
you want to have?

You have a general idea about your mission but it is important to define it better
in order to have an impact. Ask yourself: Which goals do I want to achieve?
What is the scoop of my mission? How is this different to other missions? Is it
complementary?

You should develop your ability to make others join your mission or cause. Start
with your closest circle: family and friends. How can you motivate them to join
your mission? What role would they play and how would they contribute?

You are able of understanding whether products were launched at the right time
or not, you should continue developing your sense of timing by imagining
launching new products. Think about potential solutions for different
technologies and ask yourself: Is the market ready for this product? Are
consumers ready to pay for it? Which are the risks of an early launching vs late
launching? When would you launch it?

You should develop your strategic intuition in order to create a business vision
and know how to achieve it. To develop this mindset, we suggest you study
well-known businesses success stories as well as failure stories. Compare this
different business and ask yourself: What kind of strategies did they use? Which
ones were the success elements and which ones were not? What kind of results
did they obtain? What would you have done differently?

You have the skills to understand the performance of a company but you need
to compare it with the capital needed to develop the business. In order to
develop a business, more than your financial intuition, you need to analyze
different businesses that require a lot of capital (manufacturing) against those
who need a small capital (services) and try to compare their return on invested
capital. Compare the different kinds of businesses and ask yourself: In which
one would I invest my money? Why?

You have the ability to focus on long-term goals without losing sight on your
short-term goals. Try to have a balance between both of them, prioritizing those
actions that will lead you to achieve your ultimate goal.

It is important to develop your ability to incorporate others? experiences or


knowledge into your decision-making process. Listen to those around you in a
positive and receptive way, maintain a humble and open attitude, and identify
those pieces of advice that bring you value.

You are able to incorporate new learnings from experimenting new activities in
different areas. Now you should find patterns that connect the different learnings
that you have acquired throughout your life. How can you unify those learnings?
How can you apply them in your life?

You have the ability to connect with people around you. To achieve mutual
benefit goals, start by building networks with those in your sector or area of
interest. Ask yourself: What are their interests? Are their goals connected to
mine?

You have the ability to build trust in your relationships. Analyze the relationships
around you and define the value they bring to your life and the value you bring to
theirs. What do I bring to my relationships? Before I ask something in return
what do I give?

You are able to communicate effectively with others, but you still have to work
on understanding your audience and defining the intention of your speech. Ask
yourself: Do I want to inform or persuade? Which one is the best message to
communicate my intention to my audience?

You are able to generate positive energy and maintain your vitality level
regardless of the situation you face. Share your energy with others around you.
How can you have a positive impact on others?

You should develop your determination in order to continue in your journey and
move forward regardless of the adversities. Do not be afraid to follow your goals,
persevere and continue in your path.

You can stand up against adversities rapidly and efficiently. Identify adversities
that can strengthen your abilities and use those experiences to project your
leadership. How did you overcome adversity? How can you share your
knowledge with others? How can you be an example for others to follow?

You have the ability to create and develop teams with complementary skills, but
you still have to work in achieving an effective collaboration between the
members. In order to accomplish it, you have to define clear roles,
responsibilities, and rules for team coordination. What causes the team to
diminish collaboration? What kind of guidelines improves their performance?

You are able to plan and measure the team's progress, but you should follow up
on taking corrective actions when needed. How often do I correct the team's
mistakes? What are the best actions to take? Do I follow up with blunders
constantly?

You are able to make decisions in a timely manner, but to take the right decision
in the face of uncertainty, you should analyze each alternative?s cost/benefit.
Always have in mind: What are the benefits? What are the disadvantages?

INSTRUCTIONS

Next to each calendar, there are follow-up sheets that allow you to compare what you have planned with
your real progress. Analyze what happened during your journey; the best way for you to accomplish your
