For materials you can use:

- DK, Light Worsted: Robin DK (fiesta pink 064 = 30 g, cream 041 = 70 g, and dark
brown 051 = 15 g). Dark brown is for the skin under the hair and is the same color as the
hair;

- DK, Light Worsted: Cygnet Pato DK (blue 911 = 125 g and pink 912 = 5 g);

- Chunky Boucle yarn: Sirdar Persia Chunky Boucle color dark brown 401 = 50 g for Hair;
- 5.00 mm hook (US: H/8, UK: 6);
- Red Embroidery Thread or red DK yarn to embroider mouth;
- Tapestry needle;
- Pins;
-1 pair of 12mm safety eyes;
- Polyester fibrefill = 170 g;
- Small piece of fabric 6 x 8 inches (15 cm x 20 cm);
- Needle and thread for sewing fabric on Bunny ear.

legs a little bit not too tight. Sew the opening close flat.
Sew legs to body on rnds 1-4.
Waist Strap
With 2 strands of pink and 5 mm hook, ch 36, leave long end for sewing, fasten off. Sew it
around the body on rnd 8.
Hair
Cut chunky boucle yarn (dark brown) 24 inches (60 cm) long in length for hair. Hold
one strand of yarn, fold in half, insert hook in free loops of rnd 1 of head, draw the folded
end through the stitch and pull the loose ends through the folded end, draw the knot up
tightly.

The first 6 free loops add hair in every sts, after that skip next st, add hair next st until end
of free loops of rnd 10 (see photos below).

Cut fabric same size as ear, put it on top of ear, fold edge of fabric in between fabric and
ear, use pins to hold it in place.
Sew fabric to ear. Fold ear in half and sew.

Hold 2 ears together and sew. Sew ears on middle top of cap (see picture below).
Finishing
You can change the hair style anyway you like.

The author Sayjai is from Thailand and lives in England. She has been crocheting for over
30 years. In 2009 she started designing Amigurumi and in 2012 she created a series of bags
and sleeves. In the summer of 2012 she started a series of Huggy Dolls. Huggy Amy was
made in February 2013.
