Question 1:

Paradigm shift
Draft a comprehensive strategy for the transition of Project Arpan as a supply chain model to a
self-sustainable model. Justify your idea using both qualitative and quantitative tools including
costing and budgeting, compliance, stakeholders and supply chain. Please don't limit yourself to
the aspects provided neither is it necessary to include all of them
A. Critically analyse both the models on different parameters and criteria and perform a cost-
benefit analysis by weighing the pros and cons of each. You can also use statistics on the basis
of your research, contingencies and assumptions
B. What kind of an organisation structure (legal entity) do you suggest for a selfsustainable
model? Highlight the pros and cons, along with the compliances for the same. During the
transition phase, how do you plan on meeting the requirements of various demand avenues
and how will you maintain the brand of Arpan in the market?
C. Devise a comprehensive strategy for maintaining proper flow of funds for Arpan(Do not
forget to include cost requirements, both fixed and variable). Keeping in mind the numerous
current and potential demand avenues, estimate the amount of revenue and expenses
monthly, highlight which avenue would contribute to how much of revenues and how do you
plan to manage them? Also, in what areas do you think it is feasible to spend the surplus that
you will generate?

Question 2:
A. Since Arpan is a product-based model, customer engagement plays a huge role in the success
of the project. Along those lines, chalk out an execution plan as to how you will ensure optimal
use of all social channels (including and not restricted to social media, email marketing and
website): - A comprehensive plan for our social media handles having a proper content plan
according to the type of posts (reels, stories, IGTV, Posts, lives etc.), frequency of posts, social
media advertisements etc. - Strategies to ensure increased website traffic using (Blog
marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, google console and analytics etc.) - Minimum 5 online
sales funnels leading to sale on our website and strategies for optimising each online funnel You
can incorporate other strategies/marketing tools according to your understanding.
B. What branding strategies can be adopted apart from increasing our reach through online
channels?
C. Chalk out the comprehensive plan to expand the project to new user groups, impact more
lives and expand upon the objective of ‘creating employment opportunities for the
underprivileged sections of the society’
Question 3:
Considering that the Project is currently in it's growth phase, diversification and expansion plays
a very important role. Choose a product vertical that you would want to add under Arpan and
treat it as a seperate segment. Conduct a detailed feasibility analysis for the customer demand
and market positioning. Use analysis models to conduct the study such as customer demand
management model with gap analysis, Porter's 5 Force Analysis etc. Analyse the supply side
problem as well and steps to tackle them. Conduct a value chain analysis for this. Ensure you
use proper diagrams and mapping to present your solutions
