Subject- Complaint against Vicky S/O Lt. Jai Kishan R/O C-7/247,
Sultanpuri, Delhi-110086 for destruction of properties i.e. CCTV
camera, light bulb, doors and car windows and threat for life and
destruction of other properties as well.

Sir,

1. That the complainant is a law abiding and an aged citizen suffering from
host of old age related diseases and never sought by any law enforcement agency,
hence, his antecedent is clear.

2. That it is pertinent to mention here that the complainant had earlier also
given a written representation dated 18 August, 2021 to your office and to the
Commissioner of Police also against the above named accused person.

3. That thereafter the complainant visited plethora of times to your office but it
yield no positive results as per the law. And finally the complainant after
exhausting his every option as per the established rule of law preferred to file a
complaint case against the accused persons before the concerned court of law and
the same is pending adjudication before the concerned Ld. MM. Rohini.

4. That in my earlier complaint I elaborated vividly about the illegal

threatening of the accused persons who at that relevant time stated unequivocally
that “i am going to finish your whole family members and will destroy you”.

5. That as per his wordings and representations the accused along with some
anti-social elements came at my premise yesterday at around 09:30 PM lashed with
hockey sticks, knives, rods and some other concealed weapons and started to hit
the camera, bulb installed at the gate and started beating the gate with the hockey

 sticks in order to break the gate. But when they did not succeed in breaking the
door they started to abuse the complainant and his family members in the worst
possible filthy languages.

6. That thereafter Vicky started to give indecent gesture to my 21 years old

daughter and 28 years old daughter-in-law. Then he started to abuse them in worst
reprehensible manner amounting to sexual harassment and threatened to unrobe
them and do worst things imaginable to them.

7. That thereafter in the same rage he hit the car of my nephew Hari Om
Kumar S/O Shri Shiv Shankar Singh who is just residing besides my flat, whose
car was parked there. It resulted in the destruction of two windows of the said car.
Thereafter the complainant advised his nephew namely Deepak Raj S/O Shri Shiv
Shankar Singh to call the police. Deepak Raj S/O Shri Shiv Shankar Singh Dialled
112 at around 10:14 PM with unique reference no- 3847733.

8. That thereafter the concerned police officials reached at the spot and instead
of arresting the accused persons and taking lawful actions they forced the
complainant’s nephew to sign the so called compromise paper. It speaks loud about
the nexus of accused and your concerned police officials.

9. That earlier also the complainant showed his apprehension regarding the
danger to life and property of his and his family members but your concerned
police officials did not take any action what to say stringent and necessary legal
action as per the established procedure of law.

10. That the complainant has cogent and plausible evidence in his possession
regarding the aforementioned incident by the accused which he will produce when
the same will be required and called for.

 10. That in view of aforementioned facts and circumstances your good self is
humbly requested to take stern legal action as per the established procedure of the
law and protect the life, liberty and property of the complainant and his family
members to make the ends of justice.
