 Seminars/Workshops/Trainings Conducted for Volunteers Groups

On December 11, 2022 at 7:30 AM at RGV Gymnasium, Municipal Compound, Barangay Poblacion 1, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro, personnel of Victoria
Municipal Police Station led by PLT LILIAN M QUIROZ, DCOP under the supervision of PMAJ JEMORIE Z VERGARA, ACOP conducted one (1) day
Refreshers Training/ Seminar to the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPATs) members of the thirty-two (32) barangays of this municipality. The said
activity was facilitated by PCMS Gertruda H Demaclid, PCR PNCO and was attended by 65 BPATs members and Barangay Officials. The first part of the
activity was invocation led by KASIMBAYANAN Adviser Pastor Elmer Cabiso, UCCP Victoria followed by the welcome remarks from PLT LILIAN M QUIROZ,
DCOP. Afterwards, the lecture proper started; Mr. Shem Guy, RN, LDRRMO I discussed the Fisrt Aid/Basic Life Support, PSSg Mervin G Kong –
Investigation Procedure, First Responder Roles and Blotter Entry Procedure, PCpl Julius P Sarmineto and Pat Ellierson M Saez – Arrest, Search and
Seizure ( Arresting Techniques), and PCMS Rhoda C Embate – Concept/Principles/Role od BPATs. After the discussion was the open forum to hear their
queries and concerns. BPATs Refreshers Training/ Seminar conducted by this Office aims to enhance the learnings and ability of the participants and to
educate them more about their duties and responsibilities in their community.
