An article entitled the trend of automation in the world of work written by (anonymous), which
is currently widely used in outside industries. As a topic, automation is indeed widely used by
companies in the industrial sector as well as offices so that work can be completed quickly. I really
agree with the existence of automation in the world of work, because this system uses a machine
system which humans can only control via a computer remotely. Meanwhile, this automation is very
useful for the mining industry to reduce the number of accidents in humans.

Automation is the process of using technology such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and
automated systems to perform tasks previously performed by humans. The goal is to increase
efficiency, productivity and accuracy in various fields of work. As we know, this automation is a very
important requirement for the birth of various information. Entering the 4.0 era, automation is one of
the main components in the revolution, which is a technique or technology related to the application
of mechanical, electronic systems, as well as computer-based information systems to be operated and
controlled. It is important to know, that automation can change several aspects of work such as
increasing efficiency, productivity, accuracy, reducing human errors, saving costs, freeing workers from
routine tasks and greater potential for innovation.

In the continuous development of technology, and automation is becoming an integral part of

the digital transformation that often takes place in various sectors of intelligent machines and
software. increasingly able to replace some work that has not been done by humans. This automation
is needed by companies because it greatly reduces time and speeds up work.

This automation allows humans to focus on more complex and creative tasks. besides reducing
the risk of human error and speeding up the production process. It should be reminded that this
automation must be implemented wisely considering the social impact. Governments or companies
should work together to ensure that the transition to automation runs smoothly and provide support
to workers who are negatively affected.
