filed a Declaration under Land Reforms Act vide C.C.No. I 56/W/75 1o

C.C.No.1 58/W/75. Subsequently the A.P. Housing Board acquired lands i


Sy.No.1009, 1043 to 1065 of Kukatpally Village to an extent of Ac.I 104-26 gts.
by issuing a Notification dated 15-01-1963. Subsequently Mir Fazilath Hussai
Khan filed an Application' under Section 87 of the A.P. (T.A.) Land Revenue Act
1317 F., claiming to be the Pattedar and owner of the entire land in Sy.Nos. 1009
and 1043 to 1065 of Kukatpally Village and the total extent of the land in the

Sy.Nos.1009, 1043 to 1065 admeasuring Ac. 1 121-71 gts., but it was wrongly note
in the Revenue records as Ac.1110-07 gts., and requested to correct the extent it
