Political environment- Honda Motor co ltd works in various western nations across the world

such as USA, Canada, Australia etc. Multinational companies are being highly influenced by the
political environment of western countries. The term "political system" refers to a country's
governance structure. The political system of those country are known as representative
democracy. USA also follow individualism political system. American business system is
relationship oriented and it has to be trustworthy. There are some sort of risk in building business
or holding the desire growth of any company. There are many more competitors in this
developed country like Ford, Toyota, Suzuki etc. which is having an impact on the Honda
company. Besides these risks there are vast opportunities in American business society for
Honda Company. Transportations, stable government situations, welcoming nature of business
communities are advantages. Also there are loan systems available with low interest for business
purpose. And there is a fair court system that is independent from the political system. Then
Australian companies are advised to seek professional advice in the market and the issues are
thoroughly investigated before entering the market and establishing business relations. Overall
those country’s political environment are quite suitable for business.

Conclusion
In our project we have introduced Honda Motor co ltd and talked about the situation of the
company in western world. First, we briefly discuss about the company where the location and
history of the company are also given. Then we did market analysis where we have discussed
Globalization of Market and Globalization of Production and how the company is pursuing these
orientations. Political economy and cultural environment also discussed there. This means that
there are lots of attractive opportunities which inspire their marketing plan. They are also
confident about their products as it is promising. They have gradually expanded their business
and have been able to distribute it all over the world. We also discussed how the home market
conditions facilitated the success of the company in the international market. Their Company
plans strict control for product quality, awareness, and intensive monitoring. Making a profit and
customer satisfaction are their goals.
