DEDICATION

This book is dedicated t my old self and to the future me. many will wonder
why but the answer is simple. My old self is not very confident in her skills
 and abilities to do things. A simple mistake can make her waver and
overthink. She would reflect in her every actions and decisions, find flaws in
her every move and even degrade her own worth as a person. I want my past
self not to overthink and I want her to take a break sometimes and learn to
take a small steps because there is always a room for improvement. We have
so many time to improve ourselves. For the future me, this book will be a
memory of the hard work and happiness. She’ll remember that she is the one
who wrote it. This book is not only dedicated to myself but also to people
who cared, supported and help me grow day by day. To those people who is
always there through my ups and downs. To the people I cherish and love
with all my heart.

FOREWORD

“A book is an open door to learn, discover, and understand and see beyond
the vast universe.”
As a young woman, reading books is one of my hobby, whether it is
romance or educational books. I’ve spent most of my time reading and in
those times, I’m learning new things and I’m able to understand my
surroundings. Through reading, I am able to express the emotions I could
not let out, I cried, laugh and even got thrilled. It also help me gain back the
confidence I’ve lost because of bullying and hearing some hurtful words.
The most wonderful thing about reading books is seeing the character grow
into fine young ladies and young man and seeing their character
developments. I can apply the lesson I’ve learn to my own life. Based on my
own understanding, a reader is someone who reads a book and are able to
understand what is written and apply their learnings to their own life. Now, I
am here again to read and understand what the author wants to convey and
finding the hidden message.

 THE world is full of spiritual nature and fragments. An spiritual fragment is an energy
flowing inside a body and the source of power of humans. Due to spiritual fragment, one can
cast a magic, summon, release an aura ,and hone their abilities to such extent. There are two
kinds of spiritual fragment, a mana and aura. Mana is a magical power that can create magic and
summon things. While aura is a change in someone’s physical abilities. Aura can be usually seen
on knights who have been practicing swordsmanship for fifteen years. Aura is hard to require
than mana since mana is already inside the human’s body before they were even born.

In the Zoaque Empire, two princess are born with great amount of spiritual fragments.
The two princess is believed to be bestowed with greater amount of spiritual fragments by the
Goddess of Life, the source of all the spiritual nature and fragments in the world. From then on,
the two princess are consider as the guardian of light.

The coming of age ceremony of the two imperial princess has come. Everyone are busy
preparing for the grand banquet that will be held in the Imperial Palace. It needs to be perfect as
there will be many aristocrats attending the grand banquet. While everyone was busy doing their
job, the two princess, Imperial Princess Elleanyx Rovelle and Imperial Princess Helena Rovelle
are in the greenhouse, drinking their afternoon tea and talking to each other.

 “The weather today is good isn’t it, sister?” Princess Helena said. “It surely is,”
Princess Elleanyx responded with a few words. After chatting with each other, they go back to
their room to prepare for tonight’s banquet.

“The dress really suits you, Your Highness Princess Elleanyx,” Lilith said.

“Is everything ready, Lilith?” Elleanyx asked. Lilith nodded. Lilith open the door when she
heard someone is knocking. “Who is it, Lilith?”

The regent bow down his head before speaking. “It’s me, Your Highness.” Elleanyx
turned her gaze to him. “What do you want?”

“His Majesty ordered me to call you as the banquet will start soon,” the regent answered.
Elleanyx didn’t answer instead she turned her back on him. “Then, I’ll wait for the Princess
outside her room,” the Regent went outside and wait patiently. Princess Elleanyx walk outside
her room, behind her was her maid, Lilith. They went to where the Emperor and Empress and her
twin sister was. Once they’re there, Elleanyx greeted her father and mother. They proceed to the
banquet hall. When the door of the banquet hall opened, everyone bowed their heads and greeted
the Royal Family.

“Greetings to the Imperial Family of Zoaque Empire,” they all said in unison.

The banquet officially started. The aristocratic ladies started dancing with their partners,
while the others are greeting the two princess for their coming of age ceremony and giving their
gifts. In the midst of celebration, the door suddenly open, revealing the tired and breathless High
Priest. The Priest looks like he’s in a hurry to come in the palace because his complexion doesn’t
look good. The Royal Guards tried to block him but instantly stopped by the emperor. The
celebration was immediately stop when the high priest fainted.

The High Priest open his eyes after resting for half day. The first thing that greeted him
after opening his eyes was the emperor’s fierce looks and the empress cold eyes.

“State your business, High Priest Bastien,” the Emperor said in a calm voice. High Priest
Bastien sat properly on the bed and stated everything that happened. “Are you saying that
Goddess of Life sent an oracle two weeks ago? Why didn’t you told us about it!?” the Emperor
said in a stern voice.

The high priest looked down. “Regarding about the messenger I sent, they were
assassinated before they could even reach you, Your Majesty.”

“How dare they killed the Temple’s messenger under my regime!?” said by the furious
emperor.

“Calm down Your Majesty,” the Empress said calmly. The emperor fix his composure
before speaking. “Continue,” he said.

“After decoding the contents of the oracle, I rushed here but on my way to the palace, I
met three people, their smell is unpleasant and they are surrounded by a dark aura. I concluded
that they are the suspect for assassinating the Temple’s messenger. I tried not to engaged in any
fight but they immediately blocked my way using the barrier magic. They started attacking me
using their magics, I don’t want to prolong the fight so I tried to finished them off using my
powerful spell which I shouldn’t have done,” the High Priest explained.

The emperor hold his chin before looking at the empress. “They may be the monster’s
superior.”

“About the content of the oracle,” the High Priest said in a serious voice. The emperor and
empress turned their cold gaze to him. “It’s about the two princess. Royal Princess Helena, given
by her wisdom and kind personality is the Light Princess while Royal Princess Elleanyx, given
by her mysterious and cold attitude towards the people is consider to be the Dark Royal.”

The empress who’s been controlling her anger ever since the high priest came and ruined
the coming-of-age ceremony of the two princess raised her voice. “Gibberish! Be mindful of
what you will say, High Priest Bastien.”

“Pardon me Your Majesty, but that is the content of the oracle and I am only
relaying you the message of the Goddess of Life,” he said.
 The empress straighten her back and walk towards the high priest. “I, myself, will never
forgive anyone who ruin my two daughters. Ruin them and you’ll face my wrath.” As soon as
those words fell out of the empress’ mouth, the room is filled with unsettling feeling that made
High Priest Bastien gasped for air.

“Forgive me for my impudence, Your Majesty! I dare not harm the Royal Princesses
image.” It may sound like the High Priest Bastien is asking for forgiveness and is willing to
accept the punishments for defiling the Royal family but that’s not it, he’s putting the blame to
the Goddess of Life.

A week later…..

“Your Highness, have you heard about the rumors? Lilith said while combing the hair of
her master.

“What rumor?” The clueless Elleanyx asked. “It’s concerning you, Your Highness.” Lilith
looked at Elleanyx and saw that Elleanyx is looking at her.

“If you are hesitating to tell me what the rumor is about, you shouldn’t have told me about
it in the first place,” Elleanyx said coldly. “There’s a rumor circulating around that you are the
princess of darkness.”

“It’s just a rumor, you should not concern yourself about it anymore,” Elleanyx said
calmly. “But, Your Highness-” A cold stare make Lilith stopped from talking. “Yes, Your
Highness.”

“Where’s Helena?” Elleanyx change the topic. “Her Royal Highness Helena is in the
greenhouse.”

Elleanyx stand up and went towards the greenhouse. She caught her sister drinking a tea
alone. “Would you mind if I join you, sister?”
 Helena gesture her to sat down, so she did. While the maid are making another tea, the
two sister chat with each other. “Have you heard about the rumors?”

“A baseless rumor,” Elleanyx.

“The rumor we thought to be a rumor is actually a news,” Helena was amazed by how the
news disguised itself as a rumor.

Helena noticed the tension building up. She gestured her maid to leave them alone for a
moment. The maid didn’t get the chance to retaliate and just follow her master’s order.

“What do you mean?” Elleanyx asked. “It’s an oracle about our future,” Helena
answered. “People easily believed it because it was an oracle.”

“An oracle can never be wrong.”

“We’ll drift apart from each other,” Helena said sadly. “Father and the other nobles are
already talking about it. We should do something about it.”

“As you’ve stated earlier, an oracle can never be wrong. Albeit, discussing to other
nobles and the emperor regarding about the oracle will just ruined our respectable image.
Opposing the oracle’s content is considered as blasphemy,” Elleanyx stated.

Helena remained silent. “Still, we should discuss about it to our father and we should do
something.”

Elleanyx looked at her sister. “Do you know why the emperor forbade us in meddling?”
Helena shake her head.

“Because he knows what your reaction will be. Your actions will ruined your image
and the nobles will take advantage of it; frame you using the bad deeds they committed and
completely damage your reputation.” Helena was silent the whole time. She didn’t thought of
what her sister said.

“I am not completely ignorant about that matter but are we going to let that oracle
control our lives?” Helena said.
 “Your naivety is showing, Helena. Nothing good will come if you let your emotions
took over you and it will be us who will be oppressed once those nobles took advantage of the
situation,” she answered calmly.

Helena stared at her sister’s eyes. “Do you really think they can crushed us? We can
always put them in their place but we didn’t do so because we’re always giving them chances.
They take our kindness for granted.”

“Do you want me to make a scene out of it?” Helena flinched. “That’s not it,” Helena
defend herself. “But that’s what you’re pertaining to, my dear sister.” Elleanyx said. She bid
farewell to her sister before heading back to her room.

The maid walked towards her master when she saw Elleanyx walking away. Helena
watched her sister walked away. “Seems like I have said something that made my sister upset.”

“You didn’t said something wrong, Your Royal Highness,” said by the maid. Helena
throw her a menacing look. “Did I ask you to laid your opinion? Did I order you to comment on
my statement? Did I told you to meddle on my private affairs?”

The maid didn’t dare to look at Helena in the eyes. She’s afraid that she will just upset
her master even more.

At the same day, the emperor released an order, refraining Elleanyx from going out of the
palace. When Elleanyx heard about the order, she stormed out of her room and head to his
father’s study room. Elleanyx discussed the matter to his father. The next day, a twisted rumor
about Elleanyx spread throughout the palace. It is about Elleanyx creating a scene inside his
father’s study room.

The palace maids are talking about it. When Lilith heard about rumors. She quickly went
to check her master’s condition. She was relieved seeing her master in perfect condition. Lilith
told her master about the rumor but Elleanyx just shoved it away and told her maid that it was
nothing but a rumor.

“I knew it. My master is innocent. Those who are badmouthing her are just jealous and
insecure of her,” Lilith thought.
 Two weeks have passed. Elleanyx was locked up in the Dark Palace and almost
everyone around her avoided or leave her, only Lilith stayed by her side. One time, her twin
sister’s maid came and created a mess that cause Elleanyx to lose one of her servants. Since
that day, a servant always came and create a mess.

Elleanyx prepared herself to go to the library. On her way, she met her sister. Helena
smiled at her and went to her direction.

“Why are you ignoring me, sister?” Helena asked. “I still need to do something Helena,”
she said.

“I’ll create a scene here right now if you dare to ignore me again.” Elleanyx stop on her
tracks and looked at Helena coldly. “Don’t test me, Helena. You don’t know what I can do to
you,” Elleanyx said calmly but Helena can feel the threatening voice of her sister.

Helena grinned. “Why don’t we have a duel sister” Elleanyx knows that her sister is
planning something but she still agreed to the duel since that’s the only way to make her sister
shut up.

At the training ground, the knights that are training that time went to the side corner and
watch the two Princess. Elleanyx grabbed a wooden sword while Helena chose to use her magic.
Basically, it’s a battle of stamina and tactics.

“Let’s start.”

Helena attack first using a fire magic but Elleanyx quickly dodge it. She swing her sword
to the left where her sister was and the moment Helena dodge it, she met the fist of Elleanyx.
She groaned. The sudden punched made Helena get irritated even more. Helena create a sword
out of earth magic and as soon as Elleanyx notice it, she imbed magic on her wooden sword to
raise its durability and sharpened the sword. Now, the real battle begins. Helena attack her sister
without hesitation and Elleanyx would been hit if it didn’t for her fast reflexes. The two sisters
continuous battle made the Royal Knights shaken.

“The battle shouldn’t continue any longer,” said by one of the knights. “Call His Majesty
now!”
 Elleanyx and Helena are serious now, they will kill each other. Elleanyx quickly went
behind her sister, and ready to cut off her neck but Helena instantly vanished into thin air.
Elleanyx look up in the sky. “You’re not very good at hiding your presence, Helena.”

“Am I, Elleanyx?” the formality between them disappear in an instant. Helena raised her
hand, an object started appearing in the sky, a crystal spears. Everyone who are seeing the spear
would be enchanted because you can see your own reflection on the crystal except for Elleanyx.
The spears will only bring deaths and ruins. Elleanyx summon Zeraph, the King of the all the
Wind spirits. “You’re really serious, huh?” Elleanyx said.

Helena look at her sister coldly before releasing all the spears. The spears hit all the spots
on the training ground without missing anything. Some of the spears landed on Elleanyx that
cause her to get a small cut on her left cheek and a big cut on her right arm. She continue to
dodge all the spears that are coming to her direction. Elleanyx know that she was at a
disadvantage when she saw all the spears but thanks to Zeraph, her and Helena are even now.
The wind was a big help to win this battle because it block the spear and and protect the eyes of
Elleanyx. The sun rays reflect on the crystals, making it hard to see and hurt the eyes of everyone
who’ll look at it.

Elleanyx grabbed the chance to stab Helena the moment she dropped her guard down.
Helena was shocked, it was an unexpected move from her sister. “You should not let your guard
down while you can still see your enemy breathing and alive,” Elleanyx said calmly yet
menacing.

After all the spears landed on the ground. The whole training ground are ruined and the
knights were already on their fighting stances, ready to get in between, in case another fight start
again. In the middle of the training ground, standing the two princess. A blood continue dripping
on Elleanyx’s arm while Helena was putting pressure on the left side near her heart. A magic
circle was form on the spot where they are. It’s refraining them from releasing spiritual
fragments.

The magic is familiar to them, themselves. They can feel that their powers getting eaten
by a strong force. It made Elleanyx grinned. Helena looked at her sister with a confused look. It
made herself wonder what her sister is thinking. Helena’s thoughts where interrupted by a two
piercing eyes looking at them.

Elleanyx look at the man who use the sealing magic, it was none other than their father,
Emperor Gael Rovelle. The emperor is furious. “I heard a disturbance but I never thought myself
that it was this worse.”

Helena and Elleanyx are restricted going out. Helena opposed the idea but the decision
cannot be change anymore as it was the Emperor’s decision. Therefore, Elleanyx decided to read
in her room instead.

Lilith was on her way to the library when she heard about what happened. She rushed to
her master’s room. When Elleanyx heard Lilith’s loud voice, she fix her composure and acted
like nothing happened. Lilith barge into her master’s room and started asking so many questions
that made Elleanyx get irritated. Lilith shut her mouth as per her master’s order and went back
to work.

A person in wearing a cloak is walking casually in the middle of the palace. No one
notices her or even see her as if she was an invisible person. She went outside the palace and
walk through the dark woods without hesitation. The monsters hiding in the forest look at her
intently but they can’t do anything in her presence. She stopped in the middle of the forest and
mutter the phrase, “μακρύ σκοτάδι ιδού τον κόσμο,απελευθερώστε τις αλυσίδες, Ω αγαπητέ θεέ
του κάτω κόσμου, Σας αποκαλώ απουσία φωτός.”

A portal suddenly appeared and she went inside it. She transmigrated into another world.
Silence befall on the noisy and messy surrounding just as soon as she appear. She walked
confidently towards the man sitting in a throne. The man smirked. “What do you came here for?”
the man asked.

The woman smirked, she already expected this. “I’m here to deliver a good news.”

A playful smirk was plastered on the man’s face. “Is that so?”
 “The eastern border are currently weak due to Marquis Evonny deteriorating health. It's
also due to the disturbance earlier, the whole training ground is in ruins. The knights deployment
will be delayed for a month so as the supply.”

“Excellent! Your cleverness is on another level. I wonder what will be your parent’s
reaction once they know that you’re the one behind all of it,” The man laugh.

“Isn’t that good? The best way to defeat an enemy is to caught them by surprise,” she said.

“But, how will you defeat your sister when you can’t even kill her earlier. You also didn’t
leave unscathed earlier . So tell me, how will you defeat her?”

“She doesn’t know herself more than I do. The best way to kill her is to defeat her in the
upcoming war,” she said. There’s more hidden message behind her words. Using the war as a
disguise, it is an excellent move to kill her sister as no one will notice she’s the one behind it.
The man laughed at her idea. “It was indeed a good idea. Then, shall we start the planning now.”

The higher monsters surround the round table and listen to their masters orders. It is a
quick meeting between them. Thereafter, she goes back to the palace. Lilith who was on her way
to serve the dinner to her master saw two servants came out of her master’s room. She quickly
block their way. “What are you doing in Her Highness room?”

“Why do we need to tell you?” the servant said. Lilith fake a smile. “Are you going to tell
me or I’ll tell His Majesty that you’re planning to frame Her Highness in a crime.”

“You lowly maid!?” Before the maids could even hurt Lilith, Elleanyx appeared right in
front of them and stop them. The two maids didn’t move due to shock.

“How dare a lowly servants like you hurt my maid,” Elleanyx stared at them coldly. “I-I y-
your-”

Elleanyx cut her off. “I guess the head maid didn’t taught you about proper manners and
the work ethics. The next time you hurt my maid, you’ll face my wrath.” The two servants ran
away and Elleanyx went back to her room. Lilith followed her. “Your Highness, why did those
two servants came here?”
 “They are asking about Helena’s whereabouts,” Elleanyx answered. Lilith, who is
confused as to why those servants asked her master a question like that suddenly realized
something. “Pardon me Your Highness, but why would they ask you question like that? Are they
planning to frame you, then if that’s the case, what I said to them earlier is right.”

“Whether they are trying to frame me or not doesn’t matter because they don’t have any
sufficient evidence that they can use against me and more importantly, I didn’t do anything
wrong so there’s nothing to be afraid of.” Elleanyx said. Lilith smile, now she knows why her
master is always calm and confident, it’s because she doesn’t have anything to be afraid of.

Days passed quickly, everything is not going so well in the Zoaque Empire. Rumors
started circulating around about the robbery and violence around the town near the royal palace.
It reached the ear of the emperor and started investigating about it but they only meet loose
ends. There’s something more to it that catch the emperor’s eye and the other nobles eyes.

The palace is more quiet than usual. The pavement is giving an eerie vibe because of
the silence surrounding it. Elleanyx is walking through the long and quiet hallway, only the
sound of her heels can be heard. A shadow was following behind her and when Elleanyx turn
around, the shadow disappear. She felt someone is watching her not until she set foot on the
main palace. She no longer feel the feeling of someone watching her. She entered the throne
room with her chins held up high.

“Greetings to the noblest and sun of the empire,” Elleanyx formally greeted her father. The
emperor observed her from head to toe before speaking. “Raise your head.”

“Why do you call me, father? I’m sure you didn’t only call me here just to see me and
check if I was still alive,” Elleanyx blatantly said.

“You’ve becoming more vocal,” he said. Elleanyx stared at her father. “My vocal is not
even menacing.”

“What do you want?” The emperor became serious and the calmness in his eyes suddenly
turn into madness. “What are you doing these past few weeks? Answer me with confidence,
Elleanyx!”
 “I’m always inside my room and rarely go out. My maid can testify it,” Elleanyx
answered.

She didn’t hesitate to answer and her words is filled with confidence. Unlike in the past,
if she get into trouble because of the other nobles, her voice is her greatest weapon and everyone
would easily believe it but she and her past self is different. The emperor no longer believed her,
even her mother and what’s worse, no one believe her anymore because of the oracle. The oracle
is now the one controlling her status in this world, it’s what sets her differently. She’s no longer
invincible to the eyes of the people but she’s still vulnerable to everything.

“No need to do that,” the emperor said. A lightning struck her the moment those words
escaped from her father’s mouth. “You do not believe me, right? If that is the case, the alliance
between me and you are no longer intact. It was now a fragment of the past. I will go to the
eastern border to defend it, that is what you want from me anyway. It’s my decision and this
wasn’t called an alliance either, consider this as the last job for me before retiring as the captain
of the first division of the Imperial Army.”

After saying those words, Elleanyx walked away without properly saying goodbye. She
went back to her room and prepared everything she needed. Lilith enter her room without
knocking and gave Elleanyx all the information she needed for the expedition. It was a lone
expedition.

She wore her uniform and before going out, she handed Lilith a black envelope. Lilith
was confused as to why her master handed her an envelope. “What should I do with this, Your
Highness?”

“The river flows doesn’t always go to the same direction as the wind and the wind’s
direction doesn’t remain the same. There’s a name on the letter,” she said.

She vanished into thin air, leaving Lilith behind. Elleanyx teleported to the horse stable.
She ride the black horse that was gifted to her by the emperor when she was learning horse
riding. She caressed the horse with sadness on her eyes. She’s reminiscing the past for a short
moment before being serious again. The sun was about to set when she leave the palace and set
on a journey, but this wasn’t the journey like what people had imagined, it was a lone expedition,
only her and her horse.

The rain started pouring down as time passed by, it was getting heavier. A lightning
struck in a nearby tree that made the horse scared. Elleanyx nearly fall down but she was able to
calm down the horse before it happens. Elleanyx decided to take a rest considering it was very
dangerous to set off at night. She summoned the wind spirit king.

“What can I do for you, master?” asked spirit wind king. Elleanyx analyzed the
surrounding before responding. “Create a barrier and conceal it.” The wind spirit king do what
her master told him to do.

As soon as the rain stopped, Elleanyx depart before dawn. She use teleportation magic to
lessen the time of her journey. After five days of journey, Elleanyx has finally made it to the
Eastern Border. Her arrival shocked everyone at the marquess estate.

“Where’s Marquis Evonny?” she asked. The maid can feel the urgency when Elleanyx
asked the marquess whereabouts so she quickly led her to him. Even with frail body, the
marquess briskly stand up when he saw Elleanyx. “ Greetings to the Zoaque’s shining star,” the
marquis greeted.

Elleanyx gestured Marquis Evonny to sit. “We received a letter from His Majesty that
you’ll be coming in the east but I never expected to see you here so soon,” he said.

“Time is running. I’m not here to have a vacation or see someone lost his own battle,
rather, I’m here to defend the border from the chivalry of darkness.” Elleanyx said.

“We don’t have enough time. The monsters lurking in the eastern borders have gotten
stronger since the last time we have an expedition. Many lost their lives on the expedition,” the
marquis looked down as he said the last phrase. He can’t hide the sadness he felt.

Elleanyx look straightly at the Marquis. Memories flow on Elleanyx mind. It was the
memories of the Marquis on the last expedition. She’s with the Marquis at that time. She saw
how the knights lost their lives. A sympathy arose. “They’ve done their duties well,” Elleanyx
mumble to herself.
 She return to her old state, a cold and mysterious Elleanyx. The sympathy she felt faded
instantly. “I’ve no time for your drama. A catastrophe is coming and we need to plan on how to
win the upcoming war.”

“Why don’t we prevent it instead of starting a war. The casualties are much more bigger if
a war broke out,” the marquis words clearly opposed Elleanyx idea. Elleanyx didn’t show any
hesitation when she speaks but looking at her right now, the marquis words must have affected
her or not. “There’s no point on preventing it, it will still happen.”

“But, Your Highness, many will lost their lives on the war and the casualties will greatly
affect the whole Empire,” the Marquess said pleading.

“It’s a war Marquis Evonny, of course there would be casualties.”

Elleanyx stand up and went on her way to the door. Before opening it, she looked at the
Marquis and said, “Call the other nobles, magicians, summoners, alchemists and the commander
of the knights, we’ll have a meeting before the sun set.”

She went to her room by herself without the help of the maids. She lay down on her bed
and close her eyes. She heaved a sigh. “It’s such a long day,” Elleanyx mumbled to herself.

Elleanyx got up from her bed and went to the study table near the window. She took the
paper and pen and started writing.

“Dear my beloved family,

I deeply apologized for my actions and to all the words I’ve said. I never meant to say
those things but I really need to do it, I am not doing it for myself but to all of us. I can not stand
idly watching my people suffer for the thing they have not done and getting involve in a mess
they do not know. Most of all, I can not let my family suffer. I do not wish for all of you to suffer.
If ever I won’t survive the upcoming war, always remember that I love you all with all my heart
and even when the universe set the boundaries and broke us apart I will broke it and find all of
you once again. Let me go and set yourself free. I am happy that you are my family and I’m
happy that I’m part of the family.

She took another paper and wrote again. After writing the content, she fold the paper and
hid it inside the compartment along with the first letter. She looked outside the window and saw
the sun will soon set to the west.

Elleanyx stand up and pick her clothes. She took a quick bath before going to the meeting
hall. As soon as she enter the hall, the nobles, magician, summoner, alchemist and knight shut
their mouth and watched Elleanyx sit.

The meeting start before the sun set to west. They started planning about their defense
and counterattacks. The meeting didn’t go smoothly, the other nobles started fighting and
causing a commotion inside the meeting hall. Elleanyx already have enough, she looked at them
coldly and shut their mouth. The nobles, magicians, summoners, alchemists and the commander
knights can’t move their body and the reason was Elleanyx aura.

The meeting hall became silent and eerie in an instant. Elleanyx shut off her aura and
continue on planning. “Be more cooperative. We can’t waste any of our time anymore,”
Elleanyx said without looking at them. The meeting end.

The next day, Elleanyx went to the training grounds without a short notice. She told the
knights about the upcoming war and about the expedition to the East Wall. The Knights began to
prepare as well as Elleanyx. Elleanyx and the Knights set in the middle of the day. They went
through the woods and saw the others. They continue on their journey until they reached the East
Wall before the sun set. The knights began to set up a camp. Once the preparations are done,
Elleanyx began to tell them about the plan.
 Two weeks later, all the preparations are done. The knights, magicians, alchemist and
summoners are ready to engage themselves in the war. Elleanyx is wearing her uniform. She
went to the center and got everyone’s attention.

“Tomorrow is the day where the chivalry of darkness is coming to attack us and dominate
the whole world. In this battle, we don’t know who will die and who will get hurt but we need to
make sure that we will win this battle. The moment we lose is the moment our death is written on
the palm of their hands,” She said.

“There’s someone I would like all of you to meet,” Elleanyx mumble something and a fog
started appearing. A magician cast wind magic, making the fog disappear. A man can be seen
standing beside Elleanyx. “This is Lukah. He’s an excellent knight and a great magician. He’ll be
the vice commander while I’m gone. Never be shaken, my people.” Elleanyx eyes glow.

After that, everyone came back to their positions like they were being controlled by
someone. Elleanyx turned to Lukah.

“I hurriedly came here as soon as I received the letter you sent to me.”

“Did the others received my words as well?” Elleanyx asked.

Lukah nodded. “Yes, everyone is executing your plan as per your order. Your mind
control ability is really a terrifying power. I’ll do everything I can to help. Be careful on your
way there,” Lukah said. Elleanyx nod. “Everything is going according to the plan.”

Lukah watched his master hurtled to the west part. “You can take a rest sometimes but
you never did,” Lukah mutter.

The central city of Zoaque is chaotic. Dilemmas and various robberies are happening
everywhere. The Imperial Family are mocked by the people. Their voices were no longer heard
by them. The law and orders are flunking as well as the Imperial family.

“The people doesn’t trust us anymore, Your Majesty.”

“The long history of the Imperial family will end soon.”

 “A mess.”

Helena barged inside the throne hroom. The emperor looked at her in disbelief but
Helena didn’t care.

“Your Majesty, we need to do something to calm down the people!” she said.

“You don’t need to involve yourself in this, Helena,” he said.

“As a candidate to be the future ruler of this empire, I won’t stand idly as I watched my
people suffer! You can strip me off my title or even banish me from this land but I’ll never let
my people suffer any longer!”

“I, myself, will help the people on my own,” Helena exclaimed.

The emperor became quiet as her daughter’s word rang inside his head, but his calm
expression didn’t last longer. His expression transilluminated into darker one. “Helena! You dare
defy your father’s order!”

“I’m disappointed on you, father!” Helena left the throne room with anger and
disappointment. She cannot believe that her father who loves his people let them suffer. Inside
her room, Helena changed her clothes into her uniform. Her maid, Lucina, was confused on her
master’s action can’t help but ask a question. “Your Highness, are you going to practice your
swordsmanship?”

Helena looked at her and smile. “I will go to a deadly place that’ll lead me to six feet
underground.” Helena then left the palace.

In the western part of the palace, a secret meeting hall can be found. The doorway were
protected with barrier magic and attack magic. The commando knight, the great magician, a
superior summoner, the grandmaster alchemist, the emperor and the empress are inside the hall.

“Your Majesty, the situation is very bad at this moment.”

“Then another dilemma exist.”

 “Did Elleanyx gave you this letter, great magician Herdevty?” the emperor asked.

“It’s her maid who delivered the message to me, Your Majesty,” Herdevty said with
courtesy.

“If Princess Helena read this letter, she will immediately go to where Princess Elleanyx
was.”

“The more surprising thing is how did she accomplished all of this.”

“It’s better to create a plan now,” Herdevty said.

“I can’t believe myself that you are all agreeing to this!” the empress said.

“Pardon me Your Majesty, Empress Rudbeckia, but that’s what Princess Elleanyx want,”
the superior summoner said.

Lilith entered the secret meeting hall along with Helena. Helena was unconscious when
Lilith brought her inside that made the empress mad. The empress looked at Lilith with the lust
to kill in her eyes but Lilith was not fazed. “I apologize, Your Majesty but I need to put her to
sleep as she was about to go the central city with a troubled mind. I am merely following my
master’s order.”

When Helena woke up, her eyes could not believe what she was witnessing. “What is
happening, my dear father?”

“Calm down Helena,” the emperor said. Helena was still doubting her father after the
situation she’s in earlier. Everyone inside the meeting hall the aloofness of Helena towards her
father. The Grand Magician step in and explained everything to Helena.

“Are you implying that the men in the throne room was only an illusion and I am
arguing with the fake emperor?” The Grand Magician nodded her head. Helena sighed.

“I am the one who used the illusionary magic in the throne room, Your Royal
Highness,” Lilith said with a calm voice.
 “I understand the reason why you need to do it. It is to lure the enemy into thinking
that the whole palace was in a chaos,” Helena said. “Let’s plan the counterattack and follow my
sister in the Eastern Border. I cannot leave her alone.”

After having a brief talk, they proceed to create a plan with the help of the information on
the letter. The empress may not have agreed but they need to do this. All they can think about
now is how to save the world and bring back the peace and orders.

Elleanyx arrived at the nearest temple. She entered and pray to the Goddess of Life.
“Hear my prayer, hear my say, listen to my voice, ease my pain, guide my way, light my path.
Heed my call, Goddess of Life.”

Elleanyx removed the brooch that her sister had given her and placed it in the palm of the
Goddess of Life.

She immediately depart and went to the dark cave where she met the other commanders
including Haedyllus, the highest and most powerful among them. They began their meeting and
eventually end it at night.

The surrounding became eerie and dark as soon as the sun rise. Knights, summoners,
magicians and alchemist are lined up on the Eastern borderland, ready to war.

The atmosphere suddenly become tense when the ground started shaking. The soul of the
living dead armies marching towards them along with the dead soul commanders. At the very
back, was a man wearing a luxury clothes sitting in a throne, beside him was a person wearing a
cloak. His gaze was somewhat familiar to the human army, like they’ve already seen it before.

The chivalry of darkness stopped two meter away from the human armies. They tighten
their defenses and sharpened their senses.

“Relax humans. We didn’t came here for war, we came here to make peace,” he said.

The human armies look at each other when suddenly a monster attacked them. The war
begun. Humans and monster trade attacks with each other. A large sum of undead souls attack
the humans on the air but the some of the magicians block them. A magician named Erick used a
barrier magic to locked up some of the undead souls and put an ice magic inside that made the
undead souls disappeared into thin air.

The knights are taking care of the monsters on the ground. The knights are swinging their
swords in all directions while the summoners are giving them support.

As the battle continue, the spiritual fragments started running out and the soldiers became
tired but it’s not the same for the chivalry of darkness, their stamina are much more higher than
humans.

The man smile at the scene. It was full of blood and bodies of humans and monsters.

“Vice Commander, what should we do?”

“Keep fighting! We must protect the border at all cost! Throw it now!” said by the Vice
Commander.

“That’s right!”

Two large centipedes and prying mantis appear. The knights looked at the big monsters
in horror. Before the monsters could attack them, an alchemist throw a bottle containing purple
liquid. The sunlight illuminate the bottle and reflected. It attracts the attention of the monster,
buying some time for the knights to get away from them.

Once the bottle hit the ground, it explodes making the ground collapse. Under the ground
was the other explosives made by the alchemists. Once something hit it, the magic threads
connected to the trap and will activate the other traps. Multiple traps explode reducing the
number of monsters.

A thick fog covered the battlefield, making it hard to see. Silence surrounds, the silence
before the war start again. It only last for a minute, the battle between the chivalry of darkness
and humans begin again.
 The person beside the man turn her gaze and observe the battlefield carefully. She felt
someone entering the invisible barrier she created. She tap his shoulder and gain his attention.
“What?”

“She’s here,” she said.

A person appear right before their eyes holding a sword ready to cut off the man’s neck
but the woman beside him block it using her sword. The hood of the cloak fell, revealing the
woman’s face. Shocked was written all over the woman’s face and it made the man in front of
him grinned.

She distance herself from them, still unable to believe what she was seeing, the same
goes for the others.

“W-w-hat is h-hap-pening here?” Helena’s voice was raspy. She did not take her eyes off
her sister. Elleanyx just looked at her and hurt Helena.

“You-,” before she could finished her words, Elleanyx attacked her. She tighten her grip
and dodge the incessant powerful attacks that Elleanyx released. Helena lost her balance and
almost fell but Elleanyx grabbed her hand. Helena’s sword is at the side of the neck of Elleanyx,
just one swing and she’s dead. Helena fixed her composure and distance herself from Elleanyx.

“You should have killed me,” Elleanyx said.

Helena gritted her teeth. “It’s you, right?”

“What are you talking about?” Elleanyx said then attack Helena.

“You’re the one who created this mess, right?” Helena asked.

“Does it matter?” Elleanyx asked back. Helena use fire magic to attack her sister.
The distance between them is one meter apart.

“It’s also you who controlled me to do all those nasty things!? Why did you that!?”
Helena said with teary eye.
 “Nasty? I did that because I needed to. We won’t survive this catastrophe if I won’t
make my move,” Elleanyx said.

They are talking to each while fighting. The bonds between them just suddenly disappear.
Their relationship had gotten worse.

“The oracle about us, is it one of your doings?”

“What if it’s a yes? What are you going to do? Kill me? As if I will let you.”

“We can do that together, we can solve this problem, we are always doing things
together,” Helena explained.

Elleanyx looked at her back and saw Haedyllus smiling at her. She turned her back and
face Helena again. “I’ll attack you so be ready,” she said at Helena.

Elleanyx summoned Zeraph of the Wind then bind Helena using the wind magic. Helena
got pushed pinned on the borders wall.

Elleanyx applied wind magic on the sword to make it float. Before the sword fly towards
Helena, she said something. “I’m trusting you, my dear sister Elleanyx.”

The sword stabbed Helena’s neck. She quickly teleported in front of Helena and
pulled out the sword. As soon as sword was pulled out, Helena’s neck fell and roll to the ground.
Elleanyx stared at it coldly like it doesn’t bother her.

They can’t believe what they saw themselves. “Princess Helena!”

“Why did you kill your own sister!?”

Before the man could utter another words, Elleanyx cut his neck in an instant.

“Those who wishes to die can take another step forward and those who didn’t want
can turn their backs and walk away and act like nothing happened,” Elleanyx coldly said.

The knights turned their backs and went back on killing the monsters near them.
Haedyllus, on the other hand, was smiling widely. “Pitiful humans!” He said.
 The humans look pitiful right now. Losing one of the greatest warrior of the empire can
shatter the confidence of those who were fighting beside her. Not only did they lose her, her
sister is the one who killed her. No one would have ever thought that a sister can kill the same
blood as her.

It made the warriors blood boil. They vented their anger on the cavaliers of darkness.
They ruthlessly chop of the monsters bodies and erased the existence of the undead souls.

Haedyllus expression changed. A hysterical laugh covered the battle field, making
everyone looked at his direction. Elleanyx already know who it was so as she was about to turn,
she teleported herself in front of Haedyllus and swing her sword. Haedyllus dodge it. Haedyllus
looked at the woman who tried to kill him in anger.

His expression suddenly change, he was angry earlier but now he’s happy with what he’s
witnessing. “Are you trying to kill me, Nyx?”

“No. I’m just making sure you’re not letting your guard down but it seems like you
won’t,” Elleanyx answered.

Haedyllus touch his chin and act like he was thinking then smile, a devilish smile. He sat
on his throne again and Elleanyx stand at his side.

“Seems like the human race will lose this battle,” Haedyllus said. Elleanyx looked at
her surroundings and Haedyllus was right.

In a snap of a finger, multiple summoning circles come into view. Haedyllus expression
changed. He got up from his throne and watched multiple summonings appear. Some of the
summoned spirits and spirit beasts elinguated Haedyllus.

Suddenly, a sword was pointed at him. He looked at Elleanyx. “So, this is your doing,”
Haedyllus let out a sarcastic laugh. “Do you think it’s enough to stop me? Do you really think a
mere human like you can kill a god like me?”

Elleanyx smirked. “I already did, Haedyllus,” she said in a calm yet confident voice.
 They watched as the spirits and spirits beasts attacked and kill the monsters. The undead
souls perished and vanished into thin air. All the chivalry of darkness died in an instant.

Elleanyx looked at Haedyllus before cutting of his neck. Then she dodge the attacked
coming behind her. She looked up then found Haedyllus looking down on her. He’s staring
coldly at the humans. Elleanyx knows that Haedyllus won’t let it pass.

Haedyllus attacked Elleanyx using the quintessence, a dark and destructive power. All
Elleanyx could do is dodge the attacked and it pissed Haedyllus.

“Why are you only dodging it Elleanyx? That’s right, a mere human like you could
die if one of my attacks landed on you! I’m only going easy on you right now yet you can’t even
hurt me!” Haedyllus laugh like a maniac while keep attacking Elleanyx.

Elleanyx was having a hard time attacking because Haedyllus attacked was fast and she
can’t get into a stance due to it. Elleanyx finally found an opening and grasp it. She distance
herself from Haedyllus and position herself in a fighting stance. It made Haedyllus get thrilled
even more.

Elleanyx keep attacking Haedyllus but Haedyllus always returned an attack. The weapon
of Haedyllus cut the upper right part shoulder of Elleanyx. She looked at it and saw a dark purple
air on the wound. The poison quickly spread on her right arm that made it paralyzed. Elleanyx
quickly moved the sword to the other hand as Haedyllus suddenly attack from behind.

“Does it hurt, Nyx?” Haedyllus acted like he was concerned for a moment but
instantly changed when he saw Elleanyx suffering.

Elleanyx detoxify the poison using her healing magic and summon Arsla, the ice spirit
beast. She created hundreds of spears and release them. Haedyllus instantly created black spears
and released it. The spears collide with each other and broke into pieces. Elleanyx took the
opportunity to hurt Haedyllus. He got a cut on his stomach but it heals instantly.

“Is that the only thing you can do, Nyx?” he said in a mocking tone. Elleanyx
grinned that made Haedyllus serious. The woman he’s looking down on cannot be
underestimated.
 “That’s not the only thing I can do,” she said. In an instant, Elleanyx summoned
hundreds of spirits and spirits beasts. Thousands of armies are behind her along with the great
magician, the superior summoner and Helena.

Shock was written all over on Haedyllus face. Before he could processed everything,
Elleanyx already attacked her and give him a massive ball of fire.

Haedyllus evade the attacked using his power. “So, you have a great illusionist on your
side, huh!? You think it’s enough?” he said.

“It’s more than enough Haedyllus,” Elleanyx smile grew wider. “Look around you,
Haedyllus. Your armies are falling down on our hands.”

Haedyllus laugh like a maniac. “You’d think you’ve won!? Do you remember all the
violence and robberies circulating around the main city?” Elleanyx forehead wrinkled. “It’s not
only that, we’ve put black crystals in every house in disguise of robbery.”

Elleanyx didn’t react as if she had already know it. “I know that-“ Haedyllus cut her off.
“Do you know the current situation in the main city? It’s in chaos.”

“The best way to defeat an enemy is to surprise them, remember that Haedyllus? I
know everything.”

Haedyllus caught Elleanyx neck but every part of her body dissipate. Haedyllus throw a
tiny and sharp needle where Elleanyx was. She flopped when the needle hit her. She cough
blood. If she didn’t use a barrier magic at the last moment, she would surely die.

“You still didn’t die? A traitor like you doesn’t deserve to live.” Elleanyx stand up
and teleported right at Haedyllus, she cast sealing magic that made Haedyllus groan in pain. The
sealing power had great effect on immortal body like Haedyllus. The atmosphere became heavier
than earlier. The Vice Commander, great magician, the superior summoner, Helena along with
the hundreds of knights, magicians, alchemists, and the other summoners are fighting beside
Elleanyx.
 “You said a traitor like me doesn’t deserve to live? Then, what about you? A God
who killed thousands of innocent humans, do you think I didn’t know that? Haedyllus, the god of
the underworld who fooled the Gods and Goddesses hundreds of years ago.”

“You know too much.” He said then swing his scythe. “I’m not yet finished. You
fooled the Gods by letting them think that you went back to your own realm when in fact, you
never did. At that time, monsters are already spreading violence around the world and you use
that as disguise to hide your plan and you succeeded.”

“So, that’s your plan, huh?” Haedyllus said. Elleanyx smile. “Do you know what my
plan is?” The way she said those words is like a devil whispering to your ears.

“I only realized now what your plan is,” Haedyllus replied. “Do you want me to
elaborate my plan?” she asked.

“You’re truly a clever young lady,” Haedyllus complimented.

“Then, I shall elaborate my plan. The first step was to get closer to you and it
happened. Remember the time I went to the mercenary guild and asked about the golden goblet?
It happened to be you whom I talked to, a fortuitous accident.”

Haedyllus reminisce the past. “Only the god of the underworld knows the location of the
golden goblet. So, that time was the first step, to confirmed whether I was the god of the
underworld or not?”

“That’s right. Therefore, I get close to you since the day I revealed what I know.
Aren’t that day also up to your advantage? I was one of the strongest pillar of the empire and you
can use me to exterminate everyone since that’s your plan from the very beginning, to conquer
the human realm and show the gods your unwavering strength and power,” she said.

“Shut your filthy mouth, Nyx.” Angered can be sense in Haedyllus voice. Elleanyx
laughed at what he said. “It was just one of my facades, now, do you remember the oracle?”
 Haedyllus is more irritated than before. He wants to kill the young lady he’s fighting but
something is holding him back, he wanted to hear about her plan. Most of all, he sees a
resemblance to his first unrequited love.

Elleanyx continue talking, “I’m the one behind it. I manipulated some of your armies to
kill the temple’s messenger to make it more believable in the eyes of the people and to my family
that it’s my doing. It also to make you believe that I’m on your side. Honestly, I didn’t control
the mind of the people to make them believe, it just happened.”

Before Elleanyx could speak again, a hand gripped her feet. Haedyllus came running
towards her, planning to destroy her soul fragment but Elleanyx was quick to make a decision.
She called Haulux, the highest powerful amongst the spirit beasts. Haulux has fur as white as
snow and eyes as beautiful as amethyst, a mystical dragon who can shift to his human form.

Haedyllus spoke. “You can summoned the mystical dragon!? You already summoned so
many spirits and they’re even using their power to the fullest, how can you still have so many
spiritual fragments?”

Elleanyx didn’t reply. Instead, she continue what she was saying earlier. “Everything is
just an act. The duel between me and Helena are also fake. The rumors circulating about me in
the Zoaque Empire is also one of my façade. Everything your spy told you is fake as well
because he’s under my spell. I’m not mad at my family. Our relationship is not broken and most
of all, the current situation of Zoaque is good because everything is under my control. You told
your armies to attack the main city, right? But, how can they attack when the portal didn’t even
succeed.”

“What do you mean?” Haedyllus asked confused. “See it for yourself,” she said.

Haedyllus did what Elleanyx said and she was right. The armies he sent are locked up in
the space and will soon die if not release. Elleanyx grabbed the chance to stab Haedyllus
stomach. Haedyllus heal it but he’s still examining the space before releasing his armies.
 Hence, Elleanyx once succeeded in trapping Haedyllus. Haedyllus came back to his
senses and saw Elleanyx grinning at him. “I won’t kill you but I’ll make you obey my rules and
orders.”

“I don’t take orders from anyone,” Elleanyx replied.

The man secretly release an ominous shadow and he smirked knowing the shadow will
soon enter Elleanyx body. Haulux noticed it and used binding magic to trap and eat the shadow.

“My lady!” Haulux called. Before Elleanyx could turned her gaze to him, Haedyllus
swing his scythe. Elleanyx blocked it using her sword. They trade attacks with each other.
Elleanyx gather nature fragments in her fist and release it. Haedyllus still standing up after
getting punch, it just proves how strong he is.

“How dare a woman like you punch a god like me!?” he said angrily. Haedyllus trap
Elleanyx in a space cube. There are attacks coming from every side of the cube. Elleanyx
completely evaded the attacks but there are still attacks that she can’t avoid. An attack coming
from behind cut her back.

Elleanyx groans when something cut his body again, this time, it wounded her right leg.
‘It’s completely different from a normal space magic, no, it’s different from magic, dark force
are everywhere. A pure power coming from Haedyllus, if I use my spiritual fragments, it won’t
work instead it drain my body.’

Elleanyx think for a moment while still avoiding the attacks. Then, she realized
something. ‘If spiritual magic doesn’t work maybe if I use spiritual nature, it may work. A
person can use spiritual nature if the energy source is pure and came from nature. Since the
power inside the cube is pure, it’ll work but what makes me question myself is whether this is a
good choice and won’t counter me.’

Elleanyx stance herself. She gather the energy inside the cube and release it in an instant.
She successfully got out of the cube. A sting of pain make Elleanyx stop on her tracks.

On the other hand, Helena was fighting Haedyllus. Helena doesn’t take her eyes off her
enemy. She manage to land a few blows on Haedyllus before switching place with Elleanyx.
 “Haulux!” Elleanyx called. Haulux use his light powers and it hit Haedyllus arms.
Haulux come close to his master and stand beside her.

“Haulux, are you ready?” Elleanyx faced him. Haulux nodded as he knows what his
master meant. Their hands touch each other and a magic circle form on the ground. It’s a
unifying magic between the summoner and the summoned spirits.

There’s a rule before using the unifying magic. First, one must summon a high level
spirit. Second, one must have enough mana to maintain the unification or else it might backlash
and cause the summoner to lost his ability to summon. Third, there must be a great bond between
the summoner and the spirit. Lastly, once a magic circle is form, it can never be stop, no matter
what kind of energy use.

A dazzling light appeared. Little by little, the space cube where Elleanyx was, was
destroyed. All attention was on her as the light started eating her. The once bright faces of the
people turned into terrified faces. Haedyllus smirk. He used the chance to kill as many humans as
possible until the space cube completely shattered. A strong wind of wave drive the monsters
away.

A silver hair and blue eyed woman appeared, it’s Elleanyx and Haulux as one. Their
power is overwhelming. Haedyllus snapped his finger then suddenly a group of high level
monster came running towards Elleanyx. The ground was shaking as the monsters run.

A massive blue fireball burn the monsters to the ground. A silhouette can be seen in the
blue flames. A dagger fly towards Haedyllus in a flash. He evade it and attack. Elleanyx’s sword
blocked Haedyllus scythe causing two opposing forces to meet.

Elleanyx then kicked Haedyllus on his face but he restrained it using his left arm.
Elleanyx quickly distanced herself before attacking again. Their fight lasted for a long time until
Haedyllus decided to unleash his power.

The whole battlefield was shaking, an unknown force is wrecking underground. A dark
black crystal appear killing everyone near it including the monsters. If you stare at it for a long
time, its color change. It’s calling death.
 “Magnificent!” Haedyllus exclaimed. “You’re insane! You killed all of your kinds and
yet you’re laughing!” Elleanyx said angrily.

“You’re truly a monster!” Haedyllus doesn’t care about what Elleanyx had said.

“They have an oath and it was to serve me until the very end!”

He was furious yet his expression was calm. He turned around, seems like he’s finding
something. When he finally found it, his face lightened. He lend his hand, the ground shake
again. Elleanyx sense what was going to happen.

The dark black crystal stab Elleanyx as she teleported in front of Helena. Helena looked
at her in shocked. Helena was about to approach Elleanyx but she stopped her.

“I know you have so many questions you wanted to ask so I’ll answer it. I read all the
books that can help me creating a plan starting from ancient language, magic and the history of
the world. Through those books, I created a plan. The plan takes time so until now it’s not yet
finish. Many will finish the plan so don’t worry,” she said.

“Sorry that I didn’t trust you and help you. I’m sorry. I’m really sorry so please don’t
give up. Please.” Helena said while crying. “I’ll clear your name and I promise that we will win
this,” she added.

“Helena, you know that people can’t escape death no matter how hard they try to
avoid it. People like me are already tired so you should let go of me, okay? You know what,
when I’m accomplishing the plan, I’ve realized that I’m a hero in my story while I’m a villain in
others story,” Elleanyx said sadly.

Helena looked down, not wanting to see the sadness in Elleanyx face. “You don’t need to
sacrifice yourself just to save me. You could have just let me die! Everyone needs you here more
then they need me!”

“You’re my sister, Helena! I can’t let you die because you’re the only reason why I’m
still alive. I already gave up my life long ago but when you came to my life, I decided to live and
be your sword and shield. You’re the future queen of Zoaque, Helena,” Elleanyx cough blood.
 “But still-” Elleanyx cut her off.

“My life was worth sacrificing for because I believe that you won’t let my death go to
waste. You’re my dearest sister, I know your abilities more than anyone,” Elleanyx smiled.

He looked at Haedyllus for the last time and mutter a word before closing her eyes., “You
are not the only one who can play a game, Haedyllus.”

Helena burst into tears, on the other hand, Haedyllus was laughing. Helena’s eyes darken
while she was looking at Haedyllus.

“The dark princess, Elleanyx Rovelle has fallen down!” Haedyllus exclaimed.

Everyone stopped on their track and looked at Helena with wide eyes. They felt
discouraged at the sight they were seeing. A noble and a powerful woman died before them.
“Continue to fight, my people! We can’t let the sacrifices of our Royal Princess Elleanyx go to
waste!” a powerful voice speak.

“That’s right!”

“We shouldn’t feel hopeless, we must fight until the very end like what our princess
did! She fought so we must do what she did and continue. We must win this!”

Haedyllus ordered his armies to attack but was halt when a flash of light came out of the
direction of Helena. Suddenly, a beautiful and elegant woman wearing a white uniform and
white boots. An emblem of a white dove with galanthus nivalis on its mouth can be seen on the
woman’s uniform. Only the Goddess of Life, Asha, wear it.

All the monsters vanished into thin as she stroke her sword.

“Haedyllus!” she called.

“Oh, the Goddess of Life Asha! What brings you here to the mortal realm?” Haedyllus
spread out his arms like he’s welcoming something.
 “Why still asked a question if you already know the answer. Are you playing with me
Haedyllus?”

“Of course not,” Haedyllus said sarcastically.

Asha smiled then charge towards Haedyllus. She brandish her sword, however Haedyllus
elude the attack.

“You’re serious on killing me, huh?” he said. “Then, don’t blame me for finishing
you,” he said.

He began being hostile towards her yet she doesn’t care about it.

A fierce battle ensued, only the rattle of their weapons could be heard across the
battlefield. People can only watch them as their power is not on the same level. The two
suddenly stopped fighting in the middle. Haedyllus’ body was full of blood and wounds while
Asha had a wound on her left arm and right foot but it also disappeared immediately due to the
extraordinary healing powers she possesses.

The weather soon began to change. A loud thunderstorm, a heavy rain pour down and a
lightning struck near the God and Goddess. It made the pressure even more heavy compared
earlier.

“I can see the resemblance between you and the twin sisters. Are they related to you
somehow?” he asked but the Goddess remained silent.

“I’ll take that as a yes.”

“You easily made assumptions about things yet you can’t even think about the
consequences you’ll face,” Asha answered.

“Consequences? You’re making me laugh, Asha,” he said sarcastically.

He dare not speak again and continue to fight. In their intense battle, many were affected.
People watching them couldn’t breathe property due to the strange power surrounding them.
 A dark and violet tornado became visible in the eyes of the humans. A very bright
tornado opposed it causing the wind to get even stronger.

The people were almost blown away by the strong wind that was only stopped when
Asha pointed his sword at Haedyllus neck. A beam of light hit Haedyllus neck causing him to
plunged on to the ground.

She teleported to where Haedyllus was and raised her sword and ready to plunge the
sword into Haedyllus neck but there was a barricade protecting Haedyllus.

Due to the force contained in the sword, there was a crack in the barricade. The barricade
was destroyed and Haedyllus was only an inch away from death when he suddenly open his eyes
that made Asha stop.

“It’s time for you to pay the consequences, Haedyllus.”

“Pay? Consequences? This world was never theirs in the first place, so why do I need
to pay for it?” Haedyllus calmly asked.

“You defy the mortals' laws and orders. You know that we, Gods and Goddesses, can
never interfere in this world unless it’s needed.”

Haedyllus laugh. “I wonder who called you here, as far as I remember, the Goddess of
Life never came down to thus world.”

“Elleanyx called me here. She outsmarted you in everything,” Asha blatantly said.

“She sacrificed herself just to call you, what a foolish human,” Haedyllus then fake a
laugh.

“Just? But I defeated you,” Asha said then force a light to enter the body of
Haedyllus.

Haedyllus cough blood while Asha was sealing her. It has a great side effect on
Haedyllus body. “You’ll disappear to this world and go back to your own realm. If you try to go
back to this world, it’ll have a great backlash to you.” Haedyllus body dissipated into thin air.
 The battle between Gods had ended at last. A new beginning set as the sun rise in the
east.

Asha went to Helena and held her hand. She put the brooch Helena’s hand. “It was yours,
right?” Helena nodded.

“She’s a good and intelligent young lady. Her sacrifices never go to waste, hence,
you shouldn’t feel down anymore. A new beginning, a new course of life,” Asha said.

Before leaving, Asha kissed Elleanyx forehead. “May you be happy in afterlife.”

As the war ended, people can see the damages it cause. People lost their lives, their love
ones, they get injured and lastly, people who sacrificed their life and everything they have to
save the world.

A year had already passed since the war ended. Helena was walking in the garden of Nyx
Academy. It was full of beautiful plants and flowers. There’s a fountain in the middle of the
garden that makes it more beautiful and warmth.

A man stood in front her, he was Lukah, the vice commander of the Eastern Border
Troops when her sister was still alive but he was now the Royal Knights Commando. “Greetings,
Your Royal Highness Helena.”

Helena smiled at her. “The opening ceremony of the academy will start soon, Your Royal
Highness.”

“Time flew by quickly, isn’t it? Just a year ago, this academy doesn’t exist but not it
is. It’s the dream of my sister to built an academy for everyone, I fulfilled it in her place. I’m
sure she was very happy to see that the Empire are back to it’s normal and happy life. It was
more lively than ever, like there was a festival everyday.” Helena said with a smile on her face
while walking towards the center hall of the academy.

Lukah smiled at her. “I’m sure that she’s so proud at you. And, no matter where she is,
I’m sure that she’s happy and got nothing to worry about anymore because she’s no longer
chained by the invisible chain.”
 They arrived at the center hall and saw everyone with a wide smile plaster on their faces.
Helena stand on the podium and start her speech. Her lively voice filled the whole room.

“Welcome to Nyx Academy, Nyxies!”

As the new beginning set, another page of a book was flipped for a new chapter to write.
Royal Princess Helena Rovelle write a new chapter for her and her sister. She chose to let go, she
choose to cherish the happy memories with her sister than to remember the painful memories and
she decided to take a step forward and face the challenges that the world will give her.

In life, there are so many ups and downs, but people get stronger and more independent
because of the challenges they faced. The world may be cruel but if we open our eyes, it’s a
beautiful place.

 Many believe that the Gods and Goddesses are the one who created the world. There are

tons of myths about how they saved the world from darkness, how they created the world and

how they keep protecting the human kind from the darkness that brought chaos and misfortune to

the world.

Thousands of years ago, Hariya– the Goddess of Eternal Dreams was banished from the

Paraiso–the home of Gods and Goddesses. She broke one of the rules of the gods and goddesses,

it is not to fall in love with a mortal. Hariya fall in love with a mortal named Damian. Damian

didn’t know that Hariya is a goddess. Hariya keeps falling in love with Damian in every timeline.

In the year 2000, she conceived a child. She calls her Amaya.

The couple live in a small town in Las Islas Filipinas. The two lived a normal and

comfortable life with their daughter. Damian own a flower farm where he grew different kinds of

flowers such as sunflower, rose, sampaguita, bougainvillea, jade vine and many more. Hariya

helps Damian sell the flowers with their daughter—Amaya. As Amaya grew older, she also grew

fond of the flowers. She sometimes help her father plant flowers and take care of them. She also

helps her mother sell it.

“Flowers are so pretty,” the six year old Amaya mumble to herself. She watered the

flowers in front of her while humming. “I wonder what will the flowers say to me if they can

speak,” she said to herself.

Amaya heard her father calling her name. She went to her father, leaving the watering

can behind. As soon as her father saw her, he carry her and hug her tightly.

“Papa, I can’t breath,” she said. Damian chuckled hearing her daughter complained.

“I’m sorry my princess,” he apologized to her daughter.

 “Its okay,” Amaya replied. Amaya looked around noticing her mother is not around.

“Papa, where’s mama?” she asked.

“She’s in the flower shop, princess,” Damian answered while walking towards the

small cabin he built by himself. “I see.”

Damian put down Amaya on the couch before going to the kitchen. He took the snacks

and drinks on the kitchen table and brought them to the living room. “Here’s your snack, my

princess.”

Amaya is filled with joy when she saw the snacks her father brought for her. She started

eating and just by one bite, she knows that it was her mother who made it by herself. She offered

some to her father but her father quickly turn her down. “It’s for you my princess.”

She pouted hearing her father’s word. She continue eating her snacks until there was

nothing left. “Papa, I’m done eating,” she said. Damian went to her daughter and help her to

wash her hand since Amaya still can’t reach the sink. “I am washing my hands with the help of

my father,” she whispered.

“What are you singing, my princess?” Damian curiously asked. Amaya giggles.

“Nothing papa,” she replied and smiled to her father.

After resting in the cabin for hours, Damian take Amaya to her mother. Once they get

there, Amaya run towards her mother and kiss her cheek. “What brought you here, sweetie?”

Hariya asked her daughter. “I miss you mama,” Amaya answered with a smile on her face.

Hariya pinched her daughter’s cheek. “What about me, my princess? Don’t you miss your

papa?” The man clearly shows jealousy that made the two lovely mother and daughter laugh .
 “I miss you too papa,” Amaya said then kiss her father’s cheek. Damian’s family is filled

with love and care. “I am lucky to have my two beautiful and caring woman in my life,” Damian

mumbled to himself.

Far from their house, someone is watching them with jealousy and madness. Hariya

noticed it. She looked outside the house but she saw nothing. Damian saw the worried look on

his wife face. “Are you alright?”

Hariya fake a smile. “I’m fine.”

Damian knows that her wife is hiding something but he didn’t dare to ask her anymore

since he respect her. He understands that her wife can’t brought about it now but he knows his

wife will tell him soon about it. He just needed to wait for her until she’s ready.

Years had already passed. Amaya grown up to be one of the beauty in their town. Every

man would fall on their knees by just seeing her beauty. She’s a kind and intelligent young

woman and that made her parents proud of her even more. Amaya will soon turn eighteen and

she’s very excited about it. She always asked her mother about what she wanted for herself in her

eighteenth birthday.

“Mama, I wanted a flower theme in my eighteenth birthday. I also wanted clouds in

the ceiling of the venue,” Amaya imagine what her birthday is going to be like.

Her mother giggles. “How many times have you already said that to me today,” Hariya

utter while placing the plates in the table. “Just think of it mama. My eighteenth birthday will be

the best birthday of my life,” Amaya said while helping her mother.
 “Okay, since you already said it by yourself,” Hariya replied. Damian entered the

dining room. “Hello papa,” she greeted her father as soon as she noticed him.

“What is going on here. I’m still outside earlier but I can already hear your voice,”

Damian look at her daughter.

“Don’t worry papa, me and mama are not fighting. I’m just suggesting her the best

suggestions for my birthday,” Amaya exclaimed.

Damian then look at his wife. His wife nodded at him. “So, what is your suggestion, my

princess?” He asked. Hariya went to the kitchen to brought the foods she cooked while Amaya

explain what she want for her birthday to her father.

“The theme for my birthday is flowers and above the ceiling of the venue, there’ll be

clouds with lights on it, what do you think about it papa?” Amaya explained.

Damian touch his chin. “It’s indeed a good suggestion,” he said. Hariya placed the foods

in the table. “Lets eat first,” she said. The two sat down and started eating. While eating, Amaya

told them what she wanted for her birthday celebration.

 Afterwards, the family talked about Amaya’s birthday celebration. They decided to

follow what Amaya wants since they don’t want their daughter to celebrate her birthday with

sadness. “I’m so excited about my birthday,” Amaya said happily.

After planning, Hariya and Damian left the house for work. Amaya is in her room,

designing what she wanted for her birthday. While on her room, she heard the doorbell rang. She

went downstairs to check who it was. She was stunned to see who came. It was her childhood

friend– Chelle.

They hug each other tightly. “Come in! When did you came back? You should have told

me that you are visiting me so I could prepare you some foods,” Amaya said.

“Your birthday is coming Maya, of course I would be here. I can’t miss my best friend

party,” Chelle said in excitement. Chelle took out a small yellow box and gave it to Amaya.

“Here is my present for you,” she said.

Amaya opened the box and saw a flower pendant. “Let me put it on your neck,” Chelle

said then laid her hand. Amaya gave her the necklace then Chelle put it on Amaya’s neck.

“Thank you so much, my Zinnia,” Amaya hug her best friend again.

“What is your plan for your birthday?” Chelle asked.

“I’m going to have a party,” Maya said. Chelle sat down on the sofa and made herself

feel at home. Amaya giggles at the sughof her best friend. They talked for awhile, they’re

reminiscing the past before Chelle decided to went home.

A few weeks later, It was Amaya’s most awaited day. It’s her birthday. Amaya hurriedly

went downstairs to greet her parents. She hugged them tightly and greet them. “I can’t breath
sweetie,” Hariya said then kissed her daughter’s forehead.

“I’m so excited today, mama,” Maya excitedly said. Her parents smiled at her. “We

are glad that you are happy.”

After a few hours, Amaya’s eighteenth birthday celebration began. Everyone greet her

and gave their gifts to her. They enjoyed themselves. It was time for Amaya to blow her candle.

Everyone sang happy birthday while clapping and a smile plaster on their faces.

On the Paraiso, the gods and goddesses are having a meeting about something when a

disturbance disrupt their meeting. They all look outside the window and catch sight of the

floating tower of eternal dreams surrounded by sphere of magical stones. They perceived what

was happening. Horror was written on their beautiful and handsome faces.

“This is an unexpected events,” said by the goddess of love.

“Those spheres will bring chaos and confusion to the human world,” the god of time

and unity worriedly said.

The gods and goddesses looked at him. “Its already too late, it already did.”

“Only her can stop this, only HER,” the goddess of judgment said. Her words made

the gods looked at her. They fell silent as they know she’s speaking the truth.

Moreover, Amaya blew the candles when an unknown creatures suddenly came into

existence and ruin her party. Everyone freaked out. Amaya was so confused and triggered by

what was happening. The creatures mercilessly ruined her party and most awaited day. There’s

no guest left inside the party hall. Amaya could see the broken tables and chairs, the food that
was thrown in the ground because of the chaos. The efforts she put to make her party as one of

the most beautiful day had all turned in vain.

She walked like a pale person. She saw her mother holding the table to support herself

from collapsing. Amaya quickly went to her and help her. Hariya completely lost consciousness

in her daughter’s arm.

Damian saw his wife and daughter having a hard time. He went to their direction and

immediately help them. When the whole party was turned upside down, the unknown creatures

dissipated into thin air. Damian used this chance to run outside the venue. They went to the car

and go back home. Once they’re home, Damian treat his wife himself. Afterwards, he went to

check on Amaya who is the most shaken by what happened. Damian hugged her daughter tightly

and calm her down.

“What happened just now, papa?” Amaya suddenly asked. “They are pulling pranks on

me, right? This is ridiculous,” she added.

“Everything will be alright, my princess. I am sure of that,” Damian said caressing her

daughter’s back.

Tears started flowing down on Amaya’s cheek. “Shh, calm down, my princess,” said by

Damian. Amaya looked at her father with teary eyes. Damian wiped her daughter’s tears and

kissed her forehead. “Rest first, my princess.” Amaya fall asleep in her father’s arms. Damian

laid Amaya properly on her bed before stepping out of the room. He went to the living room and

watched the news.

He was not the only one surprised by the news. Everyone all over the world is facing the

same problem. It was a crisis that people need to triumph over.

 “How will people deal with crisis that even science cannot explain? What are the

plans of the government to overcome this world crisis? That is the question many people wonder

what the answer could be. Humans faced with uncertainty right now,” the news reporter said.

After hearing the news, Damian turned off the television and go to sleep.

Although Amaya faced such terror, she pulled herself altogether. She’s been helping her

father pay all the expenses for the ruined venue. She’s studying and working at the same time.

Damian was against of it at first but when he fully looked at their situation, he agreed.

One week had passed since the incident. Hariya’s health has been deteriorating since

then. Amaya has been taking care of her mother. They didn’t brought her to the hospital due to

the reason that they lack money but they are able to find a doctor who can help them thanks to

Chelle’s family background. She pray every night just for her mother to be healthy again and for

everything to be normal again.

Hariya woke up and beside her is her daughter–holding her hands. Amaya woke up when

she felt her mother’s hand moving. She immediately called her father who is talking to the

doctor.

The doctor examine Hariya. “She’s still not in good health and still need to take

medicines. I’ll give your prescriptions now so that you could buy it,” the doctor then write his

prescriptions and give it to Damian.

Damian looked at it. “I will come back later to check on her again,” the doctor said then

leave.

“Do you want some water, mama?” Amaya asked. Hariya nodded. Amaya quickly get

up and get some water. After a few minutes, Amaya came back with a water and fruits. She
handed the water to her mother and place the fruits in the side table.

“What are you feeling right now?” Damian asked. Hariya didn’t answer that made

Damian worried.

“I’ll buy the medicines now. Amaya, take care of your mother,” Damian said. Before

he could leave, Hariya stopped her.

“Normal medicines won’t work,” Hariya said. Damian and Amaya looked at each

other–confused by what Hariya said. “I need to tell you both something.”

Damian sat on the chair and listen to what his wife will say. “I’ve been long wanted to

tell this but I am too frightened and all the words I’ve been meaning to day won’t escape from

my mouth.. I’m scared that I’ll lose you both,” Hariya teared up.

Damian wipe Hariya’s tears. “Please don’t leave me when you hear what I’ll say.”

Damian didn’t say anything and just listen to Hariya so as Amaya.

“I am not from this world. I came from the land of the gods and goddesses and I’m

one of them. I am a fallen goddess. I break one of the gods rules– it is not to fall in love,” Hariya

explained. Amaya covered her mouth in shock. Damian became speechless.

“How? Did you get banished from falling in love with papa?” Damian said while still

processing what Hariya said.

“It happened thousands of years ago when I fall in love with the same man in every

timeline and in those timeline, I tried hurting him so he will leave me but he stayed and showed

me that he can be my shelter and my source of happiness. He showed me all the great things in
this world and he became my light in this world filled with confusion and uncertainty. I don’t

have the courage to leave him and I do not wish for him to wait for me and that is why I decided

to hurt him. At last, I broke his heart, a pain enough for him to gave me up. I tried going back to

Paraiso but the gods won’t let me,” Hariya said. Her eyes are illuminating the sadness she had

tried to hide.

“25 years ago, I met him once again. His face didn’t changed after being reborn and

even her attitude is still the same. I muster up all my courage and talk to him. I’ve been longing

for him. He’s my dream. He is Damian. That is right, I fell in love with your father every time I

had the chance to.” Amaya and Damian was in complete shock.

“It is indeed a great story but that is nowhere from what we wanted to hear from you,

Mama!” Amaya said. Hariya averted his gaze to Damian. “You’ve been hiding this from us and

now that everything is out of your control, you finally decided to tell this to us,” Amaya added.

Damian tried to calm Amaya down but it was of no use. “I don’t care about your stupid

love story anymore, just tell us how to deal with those monsters created by you.”

Hariya sighed. She had long been expecting this to happened. “Just a month ago, I felt the

Tower of Eternal Dreams weakening seal and the overwhelming power sealed inside.”

Amaya recalled what happened to her birthday celebration. “Is that the reason why

unknown creatures suddenly came into existence?” Amaya asked her mother as if the madness

she felt towards her earlier disappeared.

 Hariya nodded. “Yes it is. The tower has its own life and since the tower has long been

without a guardian– as what the god calls it, the tower can bring chaos and confusion to the

world. I have a terrifying power.”

“Can we still rebuild the tower? But how? What should we do?” Amaya said while

trying to maintain her calm composure.

“Calm down, Amaya. I can still rebuild the tower but the problem is with the gods.

They won’t let me enter the Paraiso and with my situation right now, I don’t think I can,” Hariya

said.

“But you said earlier that you felt your overwhelming power, then why? I am so

confused, “ Amaya utter.

“What you said is true, but I can’t regain my power so easily. I, myself, a fallen

goddess needs to go in a difficult challenges to regain my power completely. And right now, I

don’t have half of my power and I can only blocked the hole of the sealing but it won’t last

long,” Hariya answered.

Amaya understand what her mother meant. “Then mother, I’ll go to Paraiso by myself.

I’ll do everything I can to rebuild the tower and bring back the peace once again,” Amaya

confidently said.

“It won’t be an easy journey, my daughter. There’s also darkness in that world and

everything you wanted to do can be turn upside down,” Hariya said.

“You don’t trust your own daughter!?” Amaya exclaimed. “Amaya! Your mother is

right. It’s too dangerous for you,” Damain said to his daughter.
 Amaya looked disappointed. “Its not that I don’t trust you, I just don’t want you to

sacrifice your life and I don’t want to lose you,” Hariya explained to Amaya.

“But my life is worth sacrificing for peace. I’m not only doing this for myself, but for

everyone. So please Mama, let me set on a journey, please, I beg you,” Amaya kneel down and

beg her mother.

“Amaya, don’t do this,” Damian said. Hariya hold her husband’s hand. Damian

looked at her and beg her not to do it. “I-I will help you enter the Paraiso. Once you are there,

don’t be faze by what you’ll see. And promise me that once you accomplish your mission, go

back home immediately. I’ll be waiting for you, my daughter.” Hariya said.

Hariya gesture Amaya to come closer to herself. Amaya obeyed her mother. “Now, I’ll

bless you with my power. You are my daughter, Amaya. A demigod who has my own blood and

power. I bless you with a great power and wisdom. Pave your own path and show them what

your true strength are. You are the dream in nightmares. You are the light that shines in the dark.

You are my child.” Hariya said then kissed her daughter’s forehead.

“May the Gods and Goddesses support you in your journey. May all the lights gather

around you. May you be safe, my dear child.”

Afterwards, Amaya packed important equipment she needed for her journey. As soon as

she finished, she depart. Using Hariya’s power, Amaya enter the Paraiso.

When she set foot on the Paraiso, she was amazed by the beauty of the land. She walked

and walked. She act normal as what her mother had told her but what Amaya didn’t know was

the gods and goddesses knows that she will come.

 She wandered around until she enter the most heavenly palace–Zaeckal Palace. Amaya

entered the palace without hesitation and without knowing what awaits inside.

Inside the throne room, the gods and goddesses are patiently waiting for her arrival, they

know that this time will come but they didn’t expect that it was sooner.

The door of the throne room opened. Amaya flinched when she saw the gods and

goddesses staring at her. She felt the pressure inside the throne room. Regardless of the constant

pressure, she faced the gods with all her might.

“Hariya’s daughter–Amaya, welcome to the home of gods and goddesses,” Avrith

said.

“What brought you here, Amaya?” the highest of the highest god said–Evkian.

“I came here for the reason to restore the Tower of Eternal Dreams,” Amaya blatantly

said.

All the gods laughed at her. “You are a mere human so how can you expect us to believe

you?” the god of prophecy and music said.

“I am the child of the Goddess of Eternal Dreams and I have my own power just like

my mother,” Amaya’s eye color change as she said those words. The gods saw it and they

comprehend what Amaya said.

“We will placed all our bets on you and trust you just this one,” Evkian said. All the

gods stand up and hold each others hands. They mutter some phrases. Amaya felt her body

lighten and the heavy feeling she felt disappear.

 Afterwards, Amaya continue on wandering around and observing her surroundings. Once

Amaya saw the Tower of Eternal Dreams, she was amazed.

As soon as she entered the tower, a small creature put her to sleep. Rix is the guard of the

tower and has the right to prohibit anyone from entering.

Amaya’s soul leave her body but herself doesn’t know that fact. Amaya look around her

then she saw a glitter of light. The glitter of light lead Amaya to the throne room. Amaya is

facing the door when a wind pushed her inside and locked the door. Amaya runs towards the

door and tried opening it ,but sadly it won’t open.

Behind Amaya, an eye creature–Fuma is staring at her. Amaya felt it, therefore she face

it. Fuma is seeing through Amaya’s soul and it enraged her. Fuma’s eye color changed that affect

Amaya’s eye.

Amaya groaned in pain. She looked at Fuma. Amaya’s brown eyes turned into a night

sky color. It made Fuma realized that she’s Hariya’s daughter, and Amaya can take over the

throne anytime she wants.

Jealousy took over Fuma. Fuma uses her power to kill Amaya. It didn’t work because

there’s something protecting Amaya. Fuma uses other means to kill Amaya such as sent her

flying and let Amaya face thousands of flying swords but Amaya unconsciously use the dormant

power within her and all the swords disappeared.

It made Fuma enraged even more. Rather than seeing Amaya, she sent her to a different

dimension and make her suffer there. Amaya found herself watching people die right before her
eyes. Amaya can’t think straight. She’s processing the event that is happening right now.

It only takes one snap for Fuma to break Amaya into pieces. Amaya fall down on her

knees and having a hard time to breathe. She was almost killed but someone saved her.

“A lady like you shouldn’t be here. What are you doing here, lady?” the man who

saved Amaya asked.

Amaya wanted to speak but there’s no words coming out of her mouth. “You must be in

great shock that is why you can not answer my question,” the man commented. Amaya nodded.

“Come with me, I will bring you to a safe place,” the man offer his hand to Amaya

and she accepted it. The man is fighting while protecting Amaya. Amaya feel at ease as she

knows there’s someone to help her but it didn’t last. The man’s head was cut off. Amaya lost her

balance in shock. She saw the head rolling to her direction.

Amaya’s hand were shaking when she held the head. The man who helped her died

because of protecting her. “I’m sorry,” Amaya mumbled.

Her expression changed. She walked towards the person who killed the one who helped

her. She killed him using her mind. Her body is moving on its own and use her power and

unconsciously did the unimaginable things. Everything turn half, even the humans’ body.

Amaya return to her original state. Maya stepped backwards when she saw thousands of

bodies of knights bathing in their own blood. She run before she could think of what had really

happened.
 “It’s my fault, right? The reason those knights died is because of me, right?” Amaya

asked herself. “I am a monster,” Amaya said looking at her hands full of blood.

Amaya brush her hair in frustration. “Now that I think of it, the eyed creature is the

reason why I’m here. Maybe she’s also the reason why he died. No, I’m finding a reason not to

blame myself and don’t let myself feel guilty, when in fact, I’m the who’s at fault here. I’m the

one to blame for this mess. I’m the reason why it happened,” Amaya said before losing her

consciousness.

When she woke up, she was in different dimension again. The cycle repeated again and

again. Amaya always loses someone. Amaya loses everything she have in different dimensions.

On the other hand, Fuma sent Amaya back to her real world. She want Amaya to see her

own kind suffer terrible loses. She wanted her to see how her own kind is suffering.

When Amaya saw it, she shouted but no one could hear her nor see her. She felt like

something is distancing her from her real world. Amaya could only watch her own kind suffer.

She clenched her fist in anger. “Stop it!! Stop it!” She shouted. A shocking event made

her stop shouting. Her father, Damain, was eaten by a giant snake and her friends were

mercilessly killed by black men with no face.

“STOP IT!” As soon as those words came out of her mouth, the barricade between her

and the real world shattered. It turned out it was just an illusion caused by herself.

A hysterical laugh surround the ruined tower. Amaya find where those sounds came from

and it was from Fuma, the eyed creature. “You are really back,” said Fuma. The feeling she was
suppressing earlier was let out by her. Amaya was enraged by just looking at Fuma. “You don’t

deserve to be the guardian of this tower. You’re abusing your power!!” Amaya said.

“You do not know anything so don’t talk nonsense!” Fuma exclaimed.

“It’s you who do not know anything! My mother built this tower yet you’re ruining it.

She trusted you! She believes that you can take care of everything yet you cause chaos and

confusion to the world!! You wasted her efforts!” Fuma was hurt by Amaya’s words.

It is a fact that she cannot hide but madness already ate Fuma’s soul and mind. The

ground was shaking and the ceiling was crumbling. A large rock fall in front of Amaya. It was a

threat.

“I won’t let you ruin my mother’s home and I won’t let you bring chaos and confusion

to the world anymore!” Amaya said before using the dormant power inside her.

A smoke of mix black, violet and blue appear. It was like a galaxy, on the contrary, a red

smoke appear behind Fuma. A battle between dreams and nightmares.

They exchange powerful attacks. “You really don’t know when to give up,” Fuma said.

Amaya answered. “The word give up isn’t on my vocabulary.” Her words made Fuma

smirked.

“Lets see if you can still hold on.”

A galaxy sphere emerge and siege Fuma. Fuma evade it easily. “Is that it?” Fuma

mockingly said. Amaya smirked. The sphere turned into a massive hurricane and violently attack

Fuma. Fuma groaned in pain.

 It didn’t end there. The hurricane became a sharp sword. It pierced through Fuma’s eyes.

Amaya smile at the sight, she won or so she thought?

In a blink of an eye, a diminutive red crystals penetrate her body. She fall on her knees

and felt her power is being absorbed by someone. She tried using her power but it didn’t work

rather it has a side effect on her body, she cough blood.

“Calm down Amaya! Just calm down. Think of the people in your world, they are

suffering and they need someone to end it. You can do it,” she said to herself.

“If I lose something, the same thing will happen to you,” Fuma said. Amaya took a

deep breath before standing. She looked at her surrounding and found an axe. She went to pick it

up then silently go to Fuma. She swing the axe to kill Fuma but Fuma’s wings hit her.

She was sent flying. “I may not be able to see you but I can still feel your energy.”

Amaya lean on the wall and close her eyes. She was on the verge of death already yet

she’s still fighting. “If you think that I’ll give up then you’re wrong. I’ll never give up! I’ll

sacrifice my life if that means it’ll save the world and stop you.”

“Have you already have enough!? The world is cruel but you still want to save it! You

are more stupid than I thought!?” Fuma exclaimed.

Amaya laugh. “The world may be cruel but it’s still my home, and for me, even if the

world is cruel, if I just open my eyes, I’ll see the beauty it’s hiding. I need to accept that the

world is cruel, for me to understand it truly.”

It may look like they are having a normal conversation but they aren’t. They are slowly

killing each other using the words that came out of their mouth. The defining silence that
surrounds them after it had a huge effect on their body.

While Amaya is talking to Fuma, she used the chance to pick up some red crystals around

her and embedded some of her left power in it. Amaya tossed the crystal in different areas and

stand up. She hold the axe tightly. Using her little power left, she created an exact image of her

with an exact energy inside it. Along with the crystals, she control the location of her spitting

image and made it look like she’s teleporting in one place to another.

Fuma was confused as to why there’s another Amaya. She try attacking the clone of

Amaya but it didn’t work. Amaya used the opportunity to stab Fuma’s core. Amaya was pushed

back by Fuma.

They both cough blood. Amaya nearly close her eyes but before she could lose her

consciousness, she could hear Fuma saying something but it was inaudible.

Three days later, Amaya woke up in an unfamiliar room. She quickly get up and run

outside. She found the gods and goddesses casually eating their breakfast. Without further ado,

she walked towards them and speak. “Where am I? What happened to me? Where’s Fuma? Is the

tower restored already?”

“Calm down, young lady. Why don’t you eat first before we discuss something. I’m

sure you’re hungry because you’ve slept for whole three days,” the goddess of wisdom and

music said.

Amaya sat down and began eating, not minding the gaze of the gods and goddesses.

Afterwards, she followed the gods in the meeting hall.

 “The tower is completely restored and as to Fuma, she completely disappeared from

this world.” One of the gods said.

“We greatly appreciate what you’ve done and your heroic stunt will never be

forgotten,” the goddess of beauty smiled at her.

“You can now go back to your own world,” the god of the gods said.

“One last thing, you are a brave young woman and never forget about it,” the wife of

Evkian said.

Amaya excuse herself. She go back to her room and pack her things. She only realized

now that her possessions are also in this room. As soon as she’s done packing, she went outside

and bid her farewells to the gods and goddesses.

Amaya was glad that the problem is now resolved but something is bothering her— it

was the words the wife of Evkian said to her.

Amaya was now back to her real world. She walk in their alley with a wide smile on her

face. She entered their house with excitement but it soon turned into sadness and despair. She

found no one was inside so she went outside but there’s still no shadow of her parents.

Once she remember about their flower shop, she immediately went there but it was close.

“Are you finding the owner of that flower shop?” an old lady asked Amaya. Amaya nodded.

“It seems like you didn’t know what happened to the owner, they already died three

years ago,” the old lady’s words shookt Amaya. She didn’t answer when the old lady asked her

name.
 Amaya was pale as ghost when she went back to their house. Her knees felt weak and her

tears began flowing down on her cheeks. “What’s the point of saving the world when I won’t be

able to see my love ones anymore!? What’s the point of living? Do I have any other reason to be

alive and living in this world?” Amaya said to herself.

Amaya recalled what happened before she passed out in the tower. She heard Fuma’s

saying something that time but it was inaudible. She tried recalling what Fuma had said that time

and it hit her. All the person she lost in the other dimensions was her love ones. She broke down

crying and letting all the pain out.

Amaya saw her own reflection on the mirror. She took a full glance on herself and notice

how her eyes change it colors and glows. She ended up breaking the mirror because of her anger.

“Why!? Why!? Why did it happened!? I never wish a life like this!?Why did you hide

it from me!? Why didn’t you protect my family!? I hate you!?” She scream at the top of her

lungs.

“I’m ready to sacrifice my life just to save this world but why!? Why did it

happened!? I saved the world in hope to see my love ones again yet I ended up being alone!!

What’s the point of saving this world if I won’t see my family again?” Amaya said.

“I fought very hard yet I didn’t get the reward I truly deserve. I’m pathetic and stupid

person,” Amaya said before falling asleepwel

Amaya woke up the next day, not feeling very well. She looked so tired and hopeless.

Amaya went to her parents room and check all the drawers. Once she found what she need, she

then went to the kitchen to get a knife. She stab her eyes, although its painful, she cope up with

the pain.
 Afterwards, she use the eye cover to cover her eyes. “This eyes is the reason why chaos

and confusion was brought to this world,” she mumbled to herself. “I don’t want to see how this

world will change and how will the darkness take control of the world because I’ve already seen

enough and I’m already tired to fight back to survive.”

“Mother! Mother! Mother!”

Hariya suddenly woke up from her long rest. “You look so pale mother,” Fuma said.

Hariya look in front of her and found the gods and goddesses surrounding her. “What you

have saw just now is a dream that can happen anytime, Hariya.” Evkian said.

“Why? I thought I won’t be able to use my power to myself but how did it happened?”

Hariya was confused.

“With all of our power combined, we put you to a dream. We know that you have

fallen in love with that mortal bastard,” Evkian answered.

“You will be condemned forever in the Paraiso, Hariya, in order to protect the human

kind and in order to protect you from that mortal,” the goddess of judgment said.

Hariya understand the reason why they put her in a dream. It was for her to understand

the consequences of her future actions and decisions. “It was a beautiful yet tragic dream. I’m

glad that I was able to feel having a family even in just a short period of time,” she said.

It turned out that Amaya, and Damian and everything that occur to her is just a dream. A

dream she had long wishes to happen, but unfortunately her dream will never come true. Her
dream will remain as a dream forever.

 THE MISCREANT OF ZOAQUE SYNOPSIS
Zoaque Empire, a blessed land is what other people refer to it. A land that is
abundant with mana and other natural resources. In this blessed land, two princess
were born and said to be bestowed with greater amount of spiritual fragments by
the goddess of life. On the day of the coming of age ceremony of the two princess,
the High Priest came and delivered a terrible news. The content of the oracle made
the emperor and empress furious. One of the princess was the guardian of light
while the other one was said to be the dark princess who will bring chaos and
destruction to the world.

A month had passed and the oracle regarding the two princess already
circulated throughout the whole Zoaque Empire. The Light Princess was bothered
by the oracle and the malicious rumor about the Dark princess. On the other hand,
the Dark Princess does not even taken a slight interest on the matter and was not
fazed by the rumors. In the course of time, the Dark Princess was called upon by
her father, the emperor. Their conversation was going quite well until a fire created
a dispute between them. The Dark Princess decided on going to the East Border to
aid the marquis and protect the border as her last job before retiring as the captain
of the first division of the imperial army.

The day the chivalry of darkness will cause havoc in the empire was
approaching. The Dark Princess, the knights, summoners, magicians, alchemist
and the other nobles are preparing for the upcoming war. At last, the day arrive. It
was a bloody battle between the humans and the darkness. The war ended with the
revival of the Goddess of Life. She sealed the God of the Underworld and
prohibited him from interfering with humans. As the war ended, the people had
seen the casualties it caused. Many have lost their lives including the Dark
Princess.
 THE LOST PATH SYNOPSIS
Many believe that the Gods and Goddesses are the one who created the
world. There are tons of myths about how they saved the world from darkness,
how they created the world and how they keep protecting the human kind from the
darkness that brought chaos and misfortune to the world. Thousand of years ago,
Hariya, the goddess of eternal dreams was banished from the Paraiso for falling in
love with a mortal. In the present day, Hariya married Damian and conceived a
child named Amaya. The family was living a normal and happy life in a small
town in Las Islas Filipinas.

On the 18th birthday celebration of Amaya, an unknown creatures caused

havoc in the venue and ruined the most awaited day of Amaya. After that day, her
mother had gotten ill and was sleeping for the whole week. When Hariya opened
her eyes, she told them her deepest secret. Amaya was enraged when she knows
the truth, on the contrary, Damian remained silent and listen closely to her wife’s
explanation. Amaya seemed to calm down and thought of a solution. She made a
decision to help rebuild the Tower of Eternal Dreams. She then set on a journey to
Paraiso and met with the other gods and goddess. After bestowing Amaya a gift
that can help her, she immediately set foot inside the tower.

After the fierce battle with Fuma, she succeeded on rebuilding the tower.
She lost consciousness and when she woke up, she’s inside the Zaeckal Palace.
After having a simple feast with the gods and goddess, she went back to the human
realm. Amaya did not know that a shocking news was waiting for her. She was
awestruck and in so much pain. Her agony caused her to resent the power she have.
