An unusual spa

Subject: A strange experience

The purpose of this report is to assess Jonny’s Spa and to share my experiences
with this place.
As I read from the reviews, every person that expressed his opinion was
extremely excited about the services given. But as I was scrolling down the
reviews, I noticed that most of them ware wrote by the same persons, form the
employs. After scrolling even dipper I saw a lots of bad reviews. They were talking
about the why prices and the few features, the employes were rude and other
things like those. So, I decided to go there, to see if this is true.
When I arrived at the spa the first thing that I saw were the mass of people that
were arguing with the receptionists. When my turn came, I understood why they
war so mad. They were not paying attention to you. After they finally offered me
attention, I asked them for a sauna. They told me that an hour is 20 dollars. When
I heard the price, I was not surprised, because of the reviews.
After they lead me too the place, the complains had come out true. The walls are
full of mold, I smelled an unpleasant smell, and it was not even warm enough.
When I left the spa, I was disgusted.
In conclusion, those problems need to be fixed, and find new ways to entertain
the customers.
