experience suit this position and would be of benefit to your program. I am a graduate with over 3 years
work experience in case management, protection and social work.
I worked as a child Protection caseworker with Restoration of Hope Initiative (ROHI). Enumerator with
Danish Refugee Council(DRC) and Research Assistant with NURU Nigeria. In the course of my work as
a Caseworker I have been able to identify children at risk with protection concerns, developed care plans,
provided tailored services/support and successfully closed case files. Also, I conducted follow up on
referred cases on health, livelihood and child protection to ensure that cases are properly closed and the
right services/support provided. I Have knowledge on Child protection information System (CPIMS) and
Case Management. The establishment of community based protection committees and capacity building
for community protection volunteer also mark as a success I record for my work.
Beside by personal qualities and skills, I am experienced in community liaison, networking and
partnership building. Also, proficient in computer operations (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power point, and
Outlook). Data collection, report writing, documenting success stories and lessons learnt. I communicate
fluently in English and Hausa languages. I am young and vibrant person with ability to multi taste, stay
organize and to adjust to different work conditions in a fast and timely fashion while requiring minimal
supervision. I am very passionate about positively improving the overall project delivery especially in
rural and community settings.

● Facilitated one-on-one interviews and focus group discussions with returnees, host community
members, state actors and service providers in the field on selected protection concerns.
● Provided holistic case management service for children with protection risk and at risk of
dropping out of school.
