The Reason
Our Remer Jigs provide sharper separations at larger
tonnages than previously possible. Its principle Differential
Acceleration combines the conventional jig stroke with
high frequency vibration.

Flowsheets
Typical Remer Jig flowsheets progress from a simple
installation to more complex combinations involving
cleaning and scavenging. These basic flowsheets can be
modified to meet the requirements of product grades and
tailings for specific ores.

Wemco recommendations are available upon request.

Capacity: 2-5 T.P.H.

Water Requirements: 60-100 G.P.M. at 20-25 P.S.I.

Our small pilot jig duplicates results

obtained in full-size models.
Applications for the pilot jig include:
· Production unit for small tonnage operations
· Testing sizable quantities of materials in laboratories
or testing plants
· Installation in plants where it is desirable to prove-up
a complete plant operation prior to the installation of
full-scale, commercial-size equipment.
