1)This handbook serves to explain how to assemble the steel enclosure of transformers.
2)before starting the assembly make sure that builders comply with all safety regulations of the
country of installation.
3)installation is simple and require only:screw driver and spanner
4)heavy components must be handled by two person.

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
Open the packaging and check that there are no missing and damage.

place the base frame on the floor and fix the sides by bolting(sides straight to each other).

Place and fix the angular vertical column on the base (by bolt).

Place and fix by bolt the horizontal upper profiles.

Fix the vertical central column to the lower and upper horizontal frame

Assembly the hearth copper plate round the base frame.

Assembly the short and long side panel

Assembly the roof using ropes or chain and fix them with the M12 bolts at upper frame.
If necessary lift the enclosure full assembled using the 4 hook positioned on the corner.

Connect the roof and side panels cables to the earth copper bar.

Apply the stickers of danger.
