In light of the ongoing investigations into the Biden crime family by Congress and recent
testimonies by Devon Archer on July 31, 2023, IRS agents Gary Shapely and Agent X

I would like to re--request that the following 8 Scribd documents be forwarded to the Attorneys
General of Arkansas and New York and others in government and law that you deem fit, lawful
and appropriate given the biblical levels of cover-ups, bribery scams and theft; a terms which I
first used nearly 4 years ago in Arkansas Independence County Court and 10 years ago in New
York Southern District Court and which are now being used hourly in the national media to
describe the largest theft, bribery scam and cover-up in United States History.

The recent testimonies and revelations referred to above corroborate what I notified these Courts
of in late December of 2019 and in 2013 in SDNY. Please also note that we have now learned
that the FBI was covering up the laptop of Robert Hunter Biden in the fall of 2019 during the
impeachment of President Trump and had already verified it in November of 2019 as not being a
“Russian Hoax” How much more can a country take?

Additionally, the American public has now also learned (if they are not completely numb,
paralyzed and dumbfounded from the lies and misrepresentations) that the infamous laptop of
Robert Hunter Biden contained exculpatory evidence regarding the impeachment of President
Trump. Furthermore, Victor Shokin whose affidavit I placed on this court docket nearly 4 years
ago which triggered the recusal of the Honorable Judge McSpadden is now back front and center
in the Conservative media for his investigations into Burisma, one of the employers of Hunter
Biden (and apparently Joe Biden) also.

I have previously called the FBI no less than 12 times and have two documented IC3 reports that
clearly were ignored by the FBI over the last 5 years while they earnestly pursued and even
fabricated hoaxes. I lost my life savings trying to expose the connection between the China Hustle,
Ukrainian bribery and the Biden crime family jeopardizing my life and my own business interests
all to apparently no avail, yet.

When I did my first filing in this court nearly 4 years ago, the filing was termed surreal, frivolous
and a distraction and my favorite "Debunked" We are now living in a world where
Truth itself is described as surreal, frivolous, a distraction and debunked. (a common outcome of
intoxication and drug use.)

May the Court see fit, in its inherent wisdom and powers with the New Revelations to kindly
forward the 8 documents below to the appropriate authorities.
Also for the record again, I first began revealing this information in 2013 and I reported it to
Federal Judge Colleen McMahon in the case of Sanderson vs Fu and the court transcripts are
contained within my submissions to this Court and here. A decent, sober and ethical investigator
can put all these together in a short time as this international racketeering crime becomes more
apparent.
