We will present a logistics dashboard in table format with detailed information about
the products directed to our international and national clients. We will explain the
specific routes, points of origin and destination, as well as the distance and means
of transport used. Additionally, we will highlight the lead time required for each
delivery, both nationally and for exports.

Routes:

Using a platform like Google Maps, we will visually show the planned routes for
deliveries to our international and national clients. We will emphasize the critical
points and possible logistical challenges we will face on each route.

Cargo Model:

We will present an illustrative drawing of the cargo model we will use for the
transportation of our goods. We will explain how the cargo is organized and
protected during transport, ensuring its integrity and safety.

Cubing:

By using a cargo simulator like "easycargo3d," we will show how we have calculated
the cubing of our finished product and how we have proposed the cubing for other
inputs. We will highlight the importance of optimizing the cargo space to reduce costs
and maximize logistical efficiency.

Traffic:

We will present two logistical operations: one national and one international. We will
detail each stage of the process, from the point of origin to customer delivery. We
will emphasize the type of packaging and packaging used, the transportation
equipment, security measures, and customs involved in the case of the international
operation. Finally, we will show the travel log and the waybill for both operations.

Quality:

We will explain how we have applied the ISO 9001 standard in our supply chain to
guarantee the quality and efficiency of our logistics processes. We will document the
guidelines we have followed to meet the established quality standards. Additionally,
we will present how we have worked to obtain the Authorized Economic Operator
(AEO) certification, highlighting the benefits it brings to our operations.

Conclusions:
