Acting for and on behalf of PT SIDO MAKMUR, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

The FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY agree to enter into a cooperation agreement in the field of

Article 1

STATUS

The FIRST PARTY, representing PT BERKAH JAYA, agrees to collaborate with the SECOND PARTY,
whereby the SECOND PARTY is appointed by the FIRST PARTY as the main distributor or sole agent to

Article 3

TARGET MARKET SHARE

throughout the Indonesian territory and, if possible, attempt to market it overseas (export) through the
business partners of the SECOND PARTY abroad, as approved by the FIRST PARTY.

Article 4

MARKET REGION

For the target market share as referred to in Article 3 of this Agreement, the SECOND PARTY selects
Indonesia as the primary priority market, and the FIRST PARTY has approved it.
