Subject: Application for arranging a special fieldwork viva.

Honourable Sir,
We are students of the CSE Department, we completed all our courses in academics with 46th
batch students. It is a matter of great sorrow that we are 47th batch students that's why we
could not give our fieldwork viva on the previous board. We have many job/higher studies
opportunities on hand that would require the final CGPA. Due to pending this course, we can
not apply on many job circulars where graduation is needed and also have to provide a
provisional certificate. So if we complete this course as soon as possible, there is a higher
chance that we will get our provisional certificate early. If we have to wait for the CSE-47 Batch,
it will be time-consuming for us to graduate as their thesis/project is still pending.

So it is our humble request to you sir if you could arrange a special fieldwork viva board for us,
we will be grateful to you.
