Insurance Company that will allow customers to:

The scope of the project does not include the following:
• Marketing and promotion of the app
• Support for the app after it is deployed

Project Budget:
• The total budget for the project is 170,000 Birr. The following is a breakdown of the
budget:
• Development and design: 50,000 Birr
• Testing and Quality Assurance: 30,000 Birr
• Infrastructure and Deployment: 90,000 Birr
Business Justification: The development of the mobile application aligns with Awash
Insurance Company's strategic vision to enhance customer experience and embrace digital
transformation. With the increasing demand for mobile services, the application will allow the
company to reach a broader customer base and streamline insurance processes, resulting in
higher customer satisfaction and retention.
