We are grateful that we have been serving your esteemed company for the past years and will
continue to do so in the future.

This is based on current approved Wage Orders per National Wages and Productivity
Commission (NWPC) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Effective 19 June
2022.

In connection, we would like to kindly request to have increase the salary for the officers and
staff of Sanglahi Security & Investigation Services Inc. as to consider the proposal set out below:

MS. JEAN KRISTEL L. ZAPANTA (Finance Manager) - P 30,000

SO ERNESTO F. ABBU Jr. (General Manager) - P 27,000
SO ROMULO S. GORDUIZ (Operation Manager) - P 25,000
SO RENANTE P. CABATUAN (Operation Officer) - P 18,000
SO LUISITO R. CORTEZ (Staff Director for Admin) - P 18,000
