Negative Pressure Tanks (Old → New Type)
This replacement procedure explains how to modify the Preparation
ComColor FW with a pressurized/negative pressure
tank assembly for each of four colors by replacing the
QQ Parts for Use

9. Wiring Wires
(1) Use part I (reusable band) to remove any slack of
the pump wires for color Y near the connector and
secure them.

tubes in the slits folding them in Z.

12. Filling Ink
(1) Switch the printer into head replacement
mode from test mode.
* HEAD REPLACE MODE: TM096017
(Change the setting from 0 to 1.)
(2) Turn OFF the power.
(3) Attach all the ink cartridges.
(4) Close the front cover and turn ON the interlock.
(5) Turn on the power and wait until the initial ink
supply is completed (for approx. 7 min.).
(6) After the initial ink supply is completed, circulate
the inks in test mode (for approx. 10 min.).
