Dear Human Resource Manager,

I saw your job announcement in for the position of Credit Officer in Battambang province. I am really
interested in this position as I find out that I am suitably qualified and experienced candidate for this
position. I have an experience as volunteer worker at chomkasomrong Commune. The most important
thing, I really want to work in this position.

I used to work as volunteer worker at Chomkasomrong Commune which was selected by Buddism for
Development Organization (BFD) based in Battambang province. While I was working there, I also
response for communicating with between people and authority, attended with consult mental problem of
community, helped the chief of village to interview with people for Poverty Family Identification Program,
produced the written report form all community meeting for chief of commune, wrote daily note for
commune meeting and shared the knowledge about centralization and decentralization to community.

I received certificates of skills training in Battambang province and received the Intensive English for
Academic Purpose Diploma for Pannassastra Institute Foreign Languages. I am going to graduate a
Bachelor Degree in the field of Business Management next year from University of Battambang where I
have learned and conducted the research with also the business field. I also received some training
courses and attended the workshop related to marketing strategy, the successful communication,
management, teamwork, leadership, marketing research, research methodology and completed MS.
Word and Excel.
