Wholesale Dealer
 To apply for the fertilizer license, manufacturers and dealers must
visit the official website of Agrionline Telangana.
 On the home page, click on “application forms.”
 A new page opens, where the applicant can choose seeds, fertilizers,
and pesticides.
 Under fertilizers, select the Manufacturer, wholesale dealer, or retail
dealer.
 Click on Wholesale Dealer. A new page appears where the applicants
need to click on a new application.
 The application form opens; applicants must fill out the form, upload
the needed documents, enter the Captcha code, and click submit.
 The fertilizer license under wholesale dealer is completed.

 Undertaking by the dealer for sale points and storage
points
 Person Responsible Form
 Original Challan of Rs 4500
 Chemist Bio-data
 Chemist willingness letter, degree certificate &
appointment letter
 Request letter by user
 List of straight micronutrients and lab equipment
 Additional documents, if required.
