Caller Rules
2. You will be given 2 calling lists, 1 EST and 1 PST by your immediate supervisor.
5. Check in with your immediate supervisor via Zoom chat when starting and ending your day.
6. Provide a list of TC’s reached during the day to your immediate supervisor at end of shift.
7. Every Friday 30 minutes prior to the staff meeting send weekly stats to immediate
supervisor.
8. Enter leads into CRM if not already present. Include agency, address, phone, email and
notes.
9. If you run out of tasks, contact immediate supervisor for additional instructions.
10. If you are calling in sick and/or need to leave early, send a message to your immediate
supervisor and make sure it is reflected on your timecard.
Our goal at Blue to Gold is to provide a happy safe work environment where all employees
understand what is expected of them. If you have any issues that need to be discussed, it is
best to present those issues in writing to your immediate supervisor.
