This is Blue to Gold’s flagship course. We designed this training for all law enforcement officers who want
to master search and seizure case law to be proactive and legally defensible. The course will teach you how
to make good case for everything you do as a police officer, including consensual encounter, detentions,
and arrests.

The instruction is eye-opening, fast-paced, not boring because our senior instructors are retired police
officers turned attorneys.

Training Modules:
 First, acquire a solid understand of the Fourth Amendment.
 Next, we explain when the Fourth Amendment is implicated. In particular, we discuss the
requirement of state action.
 We then discuss what is a Fourth Amendment search and seizure.
 Finally, we discuss the legal issues regarding the most used searches and s eizures by police officers,
in particular.
