Annotation

Being a part of the graduation committee can have several implications for the teaching
and learning process. While the primary focus of the graduation committee is to plan and
organize the graduation ceremony, its involvement can impact various aspects of education. One
way is that it serves as sense of achievement and motivation because it is a significant milestone
for students, marking the completion of their education journey.
Being involved in the graduation committee provides an opportunity for reflection on the
teaching and learning process. It allows educators to assess the overall educational experience,
identify areas for improvement, and adjust enhance future learning opportunities. By evaluating
the journey leading up to graduation, educators can gather feedback, analyze outcomes, and
implement changes that positively impact the teaching and learning environment.
