Sharing Of Database

Data can share Access database files in a variety of ways, but you need to determine the
appropriate method based on resource availability and needs. One way is to use a database
share through the database server. This way users can share the database. However, users will
need to install additional database server products. It stores tables on the network, and each
user is connected to the network and can access databases shared on the network. Second, it
also provides the ability to generate more information about a particular data than would be
possible without integration.
Backup and Recovery of Database

Backup and recovery are methods that allow to protect the data from loss. The database
system provides a separate process, from that of a network backup, for backing up and
recovering data. Moreover, it also restores the database after a crash or system failure to its
previous condition. A backup is considered a "known good copy" of a database file a copy of
which you are confident of its data integrity and design. You should use the Back Up
Database command in Access to make backups, but you can use any known good copy to
restore a database. For example, you can restore a database from a copy that is stored on a
USB external backup device. Figure shows the method of backup and recovery of database
by using professional software.
Data Consistency (Correctness)

The consistency of the data in each database with the information provided may change the
relevant data only in an acceptable way. All data written to the database must be valid
according to all rules set to include constraints that achieve data integrity. These rules are
consistently and regularly applied to all data entered the system, and any enforcement gaps
can lead to data errors. Perform data validation as close as possible to the input source (such
as human data entry). This allows records to be updated or deleted, resulting in less error data
being entered into the system. If you change an erroneous detail, you can remove it using the
navigation buttons so that all read requests get the latest value in the record immediately and
update the new details in the data.
