Hypothesis:
I believe it will have a increase of strength performance
Variables
Independent (conditions that you will change in the experiment):
1. How much food is eaten
2. What meal is eaten
3. What exercise is done
Dependent (conditions you will observe and measure):
1. How much weight is done for a singular set of five repetitions
Controlled (aspects that you will keep consistent):
1. Time of day
2. Sleep
3. Caffeine consumed
Control Experiment (if any):
Materials:
Volunteers, gym/ place to workout/ meals/ notebook for tracking results
Method:
Volunteers will do workout for 6 days tracking strength on three different exercises
for three different muscle groups.
For these exercises they are to do them for five repetitions but not to complete
failure but until they are noticeably fatigued
The exercises are straight bar lat pulldowns, bench press, and leg press
They are to eat 40 minutes before they workout out and track strength changes
Voluenteers are to also preform these exersices with the same goal but without
eating before the workout.
