Give what is asked. 
Muscle cells 1. What cells needs a lot of energy, which means they burn a lot of
calories? 
Aerobic exercises 2. This exercise is designed to improve the heart and
lungs of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. 
Exercise 3. A particular movements or series of movements done to become stronger
and healthier. 
Fitness 4. It means being able to perform physical activity. It also means having
the energy and strength to feel as good as possible. Getting more fit, even a little bit,
can improve your health.  
Muscle Mass 5. Your naturally loses this one as you age, which slows down your
metabolism.

1. Discuss your past experiences of having your daily routine fitness exercise (from the
start-up to the end) and cite some benefits you gain from your fitness exercise. Write
also the positive and negative changes that you observed holistically.  
- My friend encouraged me to take action with my "bellies" as quarantine began last
year, I was so desperate to be fit and healthy that I made something
challenging to my lifestyle routines, including getting up early to maintain
the whole front yard clean as possible and doing workouts after the
cleaning, executing simple exercises to hard one. By even the end of
March, I'd noticed that my breathing had started to improve and that
dizziness was becoming less frequent. The improvements it made, in my
view, that it is all beneficial to my personal health, particularly my mentality
in balancing my schedule between working home tasks and to my
preferred pastimes. I can now accomplish multi-tasking as a result of I
obtain from my daily workouts on a meaningful level.
2. Recall an unforgettable experience that you are engaging in physical fitness activities.
Make your definition of fitness exercise out of that experience.  
- Each day, my siblings and I perform Zumba dancing movements. Despite the fact
that it is not a challenging exercise, it entertainingly releases our sweats.
Physical workout, in that setting, is producing a sweat and burning fat while
becoming in condition and having a good time.3. How does a sluggish thyroid
can affect a human's metabolism? If you will have that certain condition, what
are the things that you can do to normalize it and boost your metabolism?  
- Since it reduces the rate the body's functions and produces lesser energy, a weak
hormone might impact a person's digestion. If I am going to have such a illness,
I should plan a mealtime so that I may ingest properly and take supplements
day after day. Natural supplements can also aid to speed up one's digestion.
