Kinh nghiệm

Hiếu tham gia vào đội ngũ các trợ lý luật sư của Vision từ tháng 6 năm 2002 sau khi đă
tích luỹ hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm lŕm Trưởng phòng bán hàng khu vực và cố vấn pháp lý
của Công ty Viet-Tech Process Technology, một công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực dầu
khí, công nghệ chế biến...

Tốt nghiệp Trường Đại học Luật Hŕ Nội, Khoa Pháp luật Kinh tế năm 1998, vŕ được
trang bị các kiến thức vŕ kỹ năng kinh doanh pháp lý cần thiết, qua quá trình làm việc tại
Viet-Tech Process Technology và Vision & Associates, Hiếu đã tích luỹ được nhiều kinh
nghiệm về cung cấp các dịch vụ pháp lý chuyên nghiệp bao gồm tư vấn pháp lý cho các
doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực đầu tư nước ngoài, chuyển giao công nghệ, thuế, lao động,
…

Cho đến nay, cůng với các luật sư của Vision & Associates, Hiếu đă cung cấp tư vấn
pháp luật cho nhiều khách hàng nước ngoài trong việc thành lập các doanh nghiệp liên
doanh, doanh nghiệp 100% vốn nước ngoài tại Việt Nam cũng như về các vấn đề pháp
lý gặp phải trong quá trình hoạt động tại Việt Nam. Hiếu đă tham gia vào nhiều dự án
nghiên cứu pháp lý cho các doanh nghiệp, tổ chức quốc tế như Unilever, GTZ…

Trong năm 2003, Hiếu đă hoàn tất khoá học Đŕo tạo nguồn luật sư tại Trường Đŕo tạo
các Chức danh tư pháp - Bộ Tư pháp, tại đây Hiếu được đào tạo các kiến thức và kỹ
năng cần thiết về tư vấn pháp luật, kỹ năng tranh tụng. Hiện nay, Hiếu đang lŕ luật sư
tập sự của Đoàn Luật sư Hà Nội.

Đŕo tạo
 1998, Cử nhân luật, Đại học Luật Hŕ Nội, Bộ Tư pháp, Việt Nam
 2003, Chứng chỉ tốt nghiệp Khoá đŕo tạo Nguồn luật sư, Trường Đŕo tạo các Chức danh tư

Experience

Hieu joined Vision & Associates in June, 2002 for the position of a Legal Assistance after
spending more than three years working as an Area Sales Manager and Legal advisor
Viet-Tech Process Technology, a Vietnamese company specialized in areas of Oil &
Gas, Process Industry, etc.

After graduating from Economic Law Faculty in Hanoi Law University in 1998, and
equipping necessary business and legal skills with years spent with Viet-Tech and Vision
& Associates, Hieu gained great deal of useful experience in providing professional legal
services including legal advices, opinions to corporate, clients in the areas of foreign
investment, corporate work, technology transfer, taxation, labour, etc.

To date, along with other attorneys of Vision & Associates, Hieu has successfully
assisted numerous offshore clients in setting up their new owned enterprises as well as
provided legal supports for their business operation in Vietnam. Hieu has also involved
as a member of a team in conducting a number of legal researches for corporate,
international organizations as Unilever, GTZ, etc.

Hieu completed the 6-month Lawyer’s skills training course at the Legal Professional
Training School – Ministry of Justice in 2003, where trainees are further educated and
provided essential and professional skills in respect of legal consulting and litigation
services and now being an internship – lawyer of Hanoi Lawyer Association.
