On 7/16 at approximately 0018 hrs, Officer Santiago (Squad 48) and Officer Vincent (Squad 32) were clearing a call at
Jewel (WSPC2301012) to respond to a disturbance at Chicago Club Inn and Suites (WSP23012308). left the call at Jewe!
Shortly efter they did and began to respond to the Chicago Club Inn and Suites as well. While | was en route, I heard Officer Santiago call
out a 10-50 at Ogden and Oakwood Dr. Ofc. Santiago further stated he was involved. As | approached Oakwood, | did not see ery signs
of 8 10-50. As | approached the area just east of Stonegate Ra. | observed Squad 22 facing northbound inthe left ane and also Unit 48
to have been involved and to have jumped the median and was facing the southeast direction
| observed airbag deployment in unit 32. Both oficers sald they were ok,
| spoke with Officer: who stated the vehicle in front
Officers Vincent and Santiago had already exited their

Atthis time, | am having issues with Axon and am locked out of my account to review video. When | come in later today, | will eview
Videos and complete all necessary paperworkfindings. Sergeant Borgardt was able to log into Axon but there are 2 videos that are
locked and we could not view them. Is there a way to give Borgardt and | permissions so we can review it?

Borgardt stayed til 0500 so he will be coming in at 1300 hours and using an hour of SA time since manpower will not be
affected.
