Dear Sir,

Referring to site visit of Landscape architect on 20-3-2023, following additional verbal instruction was
received, which will cause us to delay in project completion. Kindly check and advise us to proceed with
the instruction subject to cost and time implications.

1)  Perforated pipe in landscape areas and connected to drain.

2)  Boundary wall and step near tree pit waterproofing.

3)  Edge kerb adjacent to bldg.
