    Dear Sir,

    I am writing to complain about the waterproof jackets І purchased from your online
    shop on October 5 2020. I have already written to you twice. Nevertheless, you have
    not taken any action.

    The products must have been delivered on October 18 2020, but I still haven't
    received my waterproof jackets. I am very disappointed of yours obligation.

    Please, let me know that you’ve received this letter and when I may expect your
    response and my offer.
