Cheese Pandesal

Ingredients:
1 cup lukewarm milk
1 egg
¼ cup melted margarine
2 tsp of yeast
3 cup of bread flour
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
Breadcrumbs
Cheese

Procedure
First, pour 1 cup of lukewarm milk into the bowl, then add 1 cup
melted margarine, 1 egg, and 2 tsp of instant yeast.
Mix it carefully so the yeast will not bloom.
Second, add the dry ingredients.
We use first-class flour and all-purpose flour and mix them, then put
them into the liquid ingredients, and then we add ¼ cup of sugar and 1
tsp of salt.
(Mix until combined.)
Knead the dough until smooth.
Form it into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl.
Let it rest for 20 or 15 minutes, covered.
After resting, remove the gas and then make it a log.
Cut it into the desired sizes and flatten the dough to put cheese
inside.
Form into a bowl and pinch the seams to seal.
Roll it until it is smooth and sealed.
Dredge it with bread crumbs.
Place it in the greased pan.
Cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes in a warm place until the size
grows.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
Spanish bread
Ingredients:
Dough
1 cup lukewarm milk
1 egg
¼ cup melted margarine
2 tsp of yeast
3 cup of bread flour
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
Breadcrumbs

Filling
¾ cup all purpose flour
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup margarine

Procedure
This procedure is the same for pandesal bread dough.
First, pour 1 cup of lukewarm milk into the bowl, then add 1 cup
melted margarine, 1 egg, and 2 tsp of instant yeast.
Mix it carefully so the yeast will not bloom.
Second, add the dry ingredients.
We use first-class flour and all-purpose flour and mix them, then put
them into the liquid ingredients, and then we add ¼ cup of sugar and 1
tsp of salt.
(Mix until combined.)
Knead the dough until smooth.
Form it into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl.
Let it rest for 20 or 15 minutes, covered.

FILLING PROCEDURE:
Combine the ¾ cup of all-purpose flour, ¾ cup of brown sugar, and ½
cup of margarine.
Mix until well combined.

After resting, remove the gas and then make it a log.


Cut it into the desired sizes and flatten the dough to put the filling
on the Spanish bread.
While rolling it into a log, pinch the sides.
Pinch to seal the edge.
Dredge it with bread crumbs.
Place it in the greased pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
