Thank you for giving me the chance to work as your new Business Development Manager at
Hultstones Limited. The job description is a perfect fit with my experience and career goals, I
am also excited to be part of your company’s plans for growth.

However, I’d love to discuss the base salary and compensation package before signing your
offer. Much of my career has been in sales and the skills I’ve acquired will positively affect
my role as Business Development Manager. But based on my contributions to previous
employers, and the average salary for this position, I'm proposing if we can explore a slightly
higher starting salary than N1,800,000 annually.

My research showed that the average annual salary for this position ranges from 2,220,000
to 3,000,000 so I believe an offer of N2,400, 000 will be more in line with my qualifications
and the demands of this position.

Also, am I eligible for company-owned work devices? Am I bonus eligible? Am I entitled to

vacation days, insurance and health packages?

Finally, I will like to get a detailed information concerning my job description and terms of my
working conditions.

mutually beneficial agreement.
