Subject: Complaint against the hygiene issues and misconduct of the staff.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter in order to highlight the hygiene issues in your restaurant.

Last week I visited your restaurant with my friends. We ordered five burgers at your restaurant. Firstly,
the service was not good and our food arrived after an hour. When we began eating the food, we
noticed that the staff members, especially the chef was not wearing gloves and his apron was dirty too.
Then we also spotted hair stuck inside the cheese. At that moment, we were angry and complained the
head of staff, but he was not cooperative at all, and did not take any quick action. We hope that you will
take a quick and strict action, so that next time customers don’t have a horrendous experience.
