Respected Sir,

I have the honour to submit that I am working as C.O.C in Senior

Civil Court Kandhkot. About four months back I went to District Accounts Office
Kandhkot and applied for my G.P Fund slip, for the years 2012 to 2015, but the
above named officers/official kept me on false hopes.

Sir, since last four months I time and again approached to above
named officers/official for my G.P Fund slip, but they did not paid any heed over it
and finally refused to issue the same to me.

Sir, it is, therefore, requested that above named officers/officials may

kindly be called in person and direct them to issue G.P Fund slip to me.

I have the honour to submit that Syed Akbar Shah Decree Holder No.2 submitted an
application for compliance of execution application No.2 of 1984 passed by this Hon’able Court
in FC Suit No.110/1981 Re Syed Noor Ali Shah Vs Syed Roshan Ali Shah and others disposed
by this Court Judgment dated 25.6.1983 Decree Dated 17.1.1984 landed property in Suit was
auctioned and execution of decree was partly made.
The property viz: plot residential house baring S.No.CS 59 &61 Ward No.27 Khair Shah
Mohalla Shikapur bearing No:526 & 421 Sq ft is to be handed over to Akbar Shah who has
purchased same in an auction held before learned Senior Civil Judge Shikarpur but possession
of said residential was not handed over to purchaser Akbar Shah since the property purchased by
applicant Akbar Shah as in Shikarpur city the possession of auction property is to handed to
Akbar Shah by learned Senior Civil Judge who had made agreement for auction said property as
Execution application sent to that Court.
Therefore R & Ps of Execution application may be ordered to resent to Senior Civil Judge
Shikarpur through Hon’able District Judge Kashmore at Kandhkot.
Sir the perusal of record shows that FC Suit No.110/1981 has been burnt in the year 2007
due to incident of Benazir Bhutto. P.S copy of burnt list is attached herewith.

Sir, I need to repair of my residential house, as the same is in poor

condition and I have no other amount except G.P Fund amount.

Sir, it is, therefore, requested that G.F Fund amount may kindly be
given/issued to me for the above reasons.
