Statement of the Problem

The study aims to determine the Factors Affecting the

Job Performance of Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT)

in the City of Roxas.

Specifically the study sought to answer the following

questions:

1. What is the level of job performance of BPAT in the

City of Roxas in terms of Organization and Mobilization

of the various sectors of the community, Conduct of

Crisis Management, Disaster Mitigation, Search &

Rescue, and Relief Operations within the community,

Support of the Barangay Justice System, and Crime

Prevention?

2. What are the factors affecting the job performance of

BPAT in the City of Roxas in terms of Management and

Governance, Participation of Stakeholders, Availability

of Resources, and Acceptability to the Community?

3. Is there a significant relationship between the level

of job performance of BPAT such as Organization and

Mobilization of the various sectors of the community,

Conduct of Crisis Management, Disaster Mitigation,

Search & Rescue, and Relief Operations within the

 community, Support of the Barangay Justice System, and

Crime Prevention and in terms of factors affecting the

job performance such as Management and Governance,

Participation of Stakeholders, Availability of

Resources, and Acceptability to the Community and Job

Performance?

4. Are there significant difference in the level of job

performance of BPAT in the City of Roxas when the

respondents are grouped according to age, sex,

educational attainment, length of service, and source

of income?

5. Are there significant difference in the factor

affecting the job performance of BPAT?
