Arnis develops quicker reflexes and reaction times which is important for
self defense. Being able to react quickly helps to detect, block, or evade
an attack.
2. How Arnis helps in your life?
 Arnis can teach us discipline and self-control. Like other martial arts, arnis
can be used to practice and make us learn self-control and disciple. It also
gives us ability to think fast and make our body stronger as we will move a
lot. Furthermore, it can also be used as self-defense in order to protect
ourselves against harm.

3. Is Arnis good for defense? If yes, explain.


 Arnis is an excellent self-defense system. It will teach you how to use
blades, blunt force trauma weapons, and weapons of opportunity. Also,
not everybody knows this, but every weapon technique has an empty
hand striking and some grappling application.

4. What is the value or benefits of playing Arnis?


 Arnis improves mind and body coordination. One who has trained in it will
sense danger sooner than one who had not and thus would be able to
avoid a fight. It will increase your chances of winning/minimizing injuries
when involved in a physical conflict
