1. Discuss the different roles played by the quantitative approaches to managerial decision making.
Why is it important for a manager or decision maker to have a good understanding of this
approaches to decision making?
2. Elaborate what decision analysis and components/assumptions of decision making. How this
models is supportive for managers. What about other mathematical models, LPM, Regression,
Transportation etc.
3. Operational Research (OR), responsible for solving real problems, through mathematical and
statistical models. How have we used OR in our Searches?
4. Waiting in queues is one of the most common occurrences in everyone's life. From your
experience mention the inconvenience you have experienced and recommend any possible
