Looking immediate Joiners only for below role

Role : Performance Testing

Primary Skills

Responsibilities:

• Define and publish end to end load and performance test strategy
• Prepare end to end load and performance test plans, test scripts, load simulators
and test harnesses

• Work closely with the engineering and qa team(s) during load/performance

testing/tuning, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts

• Analyze various components of an application (i.e web server, application server,

microservices, database, etc.)

• Monitor and collect test results, conduct root cause analysis of performance issues
and bottlenecks

• Evaluate latest performance monitoring tools and make recommendations

Qualifications

• 5+ years in load and performance testing

• Hands-on knowledge in working with JMeter or similar load and performance and
reporting tools.

• Demonstrates industry standard best practices in developing performance test

scripts

• SQL and Unix knowledge to work on test data needs / log analysis

• In-depth knowledge and experience testing Transactional, Message-based and

Web-based applications.

• Hands on experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Zabbix and Splunk

• Experienced in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

• Excellent communication, documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills

• Self-starter, and can work independently with minimal support`
