Music began at 10:54pm loud enough to hear. Went off 10 minutes later. Began again at 11:18pm.
Ended at 12:11am.
1:00pm Music began, heavy bass, maybe movie. Ended approximately 6:30pm. 10:45pm audible
music began again, heavy bass. Music very loud. Ended at 1:58am.
Loud Music began, can clearly hear it at approximately 4:52pm. Music extremely loud to the point
I can feel bass at approximately 8:15pm. 10:22pm volume increased, heavy bass continues. Off by
at 11:58pm.
2:57pm music very loud- loud enough to feel. 5:23pm - Stereo EXTREMELY loud continued through
- 10:45pm, through 12:00am - loud until ending at 1:56am.
11:45am stereo began very loud - enough to hear through wall. Turned up EXTREMELY loud at
12:15pm. Still very loud at 2:45pm. 6:00pm - Extremely, loud thumping bass. Still EXTREMELY loud
at 8:00pm. Slightly lower at 10:18pm but bass still clearly audible with clear vibration in walls and
floor. Loud music continued through 1:22am finally ending at 2:33am.
Loud Music began 2:54pm. Approximately 8:07pm music resumed low frequency bass was audible
along with vibrations in walls and floor. 11:59pm volume went up to very loud until ending at
12:53am.
Music started to become audible at about 11:45pm. Definitely can hear through wall. Loud enough
to hear bass and feel vibration. Ended at 1:36am.
Music started quite loudly at approximately 4:05pm. Loud enough to clearly hear through wall.
Loud, unapologetic bass. Very loud at 5:21pm. Thumping bass. Ended at 12:03am.
10:43pm - stereo just started - thumping, booming bass. Ended at 12:47am.
Music started loudly around 8:45pm. Loud bass. Music/television was playing at a very loud
volume. At approximately 9:30pm it became very loud. Booming bass going until to appromixately
12:45am.
Music began at 1:00pm pounding bass and could hear voices from from television or radio.
4:35pm - Extremely Loud bass. 7:56pm - music was now turned up to an extremely loud level. Can
clearly hear bass and music. Ended at 11:36pm.
10:14pm - Very loud!!! Like sitting next to a movie theatre. 11:48pm - Extremely loud bass!
Continued until ending at 1:06am.

Loud bass at about 6:46pm to approximately 10:30pm, volume turned down but still very audible
until after 12:00am.
2:06pm - extremely loud - very audible. I can clearly hear thumping bass through the wall. Maybe
loudest it's been. 9:00pm turned up louder and finally ended at 12:50am.
12:24am Very, very loud music. Continued loudly, could feel and hear music until finally ending at
3:04am.
10:46am - loud music bass playing. Can clearly hear music through my wall. Approximately 9:00pm
loud, low frequency bass with heavy vibrations. 10:19pm very loud level continued until ending at
12:06am.
Music started at about 5:50pm. Bass music thumping. Now - 10:00pm very loud bass continued
until ending at 11:58pm.
10:00pm - Low frequency BASS EXTREMELY LOUD! Loud enough to not only hear, but feel clearly. Seems
like a new subwoofer or some type of new speaker equipment. Hanging pictures and mirror visibly vibrating
from bass of music continued until ending at 11:53pm.
Music started at 1:41pm to approximately 6:00pm. Knocked on door to ask if they could possibly lower
volume of bass, but they did not respond. Music continued until after 12:00am.
Arrived home at 7:21pm - extremely loud thumping, vibrating bass. I can definitely feel the bass. Definitely
the loudest it’s been so far. Continued to 1:12am - volume seems to have gotten louder at 1:47am - bass
now louder - heavy vibration in walls and floor. Turned up even louder at 2:31am. Stereo finally went off at
3:03am.
5:23pm - Loud bass music started. Turned up to extremely loud volume. Approximately 7:49pm volume
turned up even louder - can feel vibrating, and thumping in walls and floor. Volume increased again at
9:38pm. Increased again at 12:08am and finally ended at 12:21am.
Returned home at 5:46pm music loud enough to clearly hear in my living room. Bass turned up at
approximately 6:32pm to loud sustained low frequency thumping and vibration in walls, sustained loud
music level - clearly feel vibration in floor at 9:06pm continued until ending at 12:06am.
Bass intensive music began at 4:46pm. 7:20pm - music and bass turned up very loud, thumping, vibrating
(can feel in walls and floor) bass sustained until ending at 1:20am.
3:29pm - loud bass music began. Volume turned up at 3:42pm. Music definitely audible but not yet
intrusive. 7:10pm - music now officially loud and intrusive. Can clearly hear it through the wall. The bass is
not as loud as it has been, but volume is simply just loud. 8:03pm- Music now very, very loud. Loud
television/music audible until 4:37am.

3:54pm - music began. 9:54pm - Turned up very loud can definitely hear, but bass is fairly low today.
10:43pm volume has increased. 12:01am - stereo very loud. This is the loudest it’s been today. 1:46am -
volume seems to have been lowered to a normal level. 2:41am - sound has gotten loud once again. Now
even louder than before at sustained volume until 3:48am. Music audible at lower level until ending at
4:33am.
9:07pm - Music/bass level EXTREMELY loud. Loud enough to feel in walls and floor. Pictures and mirrors on
wall, lamps near living room chattering with vibration. Music got very loud at 12:58am. Finally, turned down
around 2:38am. Continued audibly until 4:37am.
Loud music began at 2:55pm - very loud thumping bass, vibration. Music was turned even louder at
9:18pm. Turned up again, very loud bass. 11:58pm music turned up very loud vibration in walls, floor,
mirrors and pictures. 12:58am - Music went VERY loud through 1:38am. Finally, turned down approximately
2:00 am and then lower but still audible until 3:28am.
Loud music began at 5:23pm. Music stopped until 9:49pm. Then started again with thumping, loud bass
music. Very loud, sounds like television or stereo is just turned on at very high volume. Ended at
approximately 11:58pm.
7:00pm very loud, buzzing, thumping, vibrating bass. Stereo extremely loud. 10:07pm - music still quite loud
and very echoey. Volume increased at 10:15pm. Now extremely loud bass. Volume increased at 10:33pm.
Very, very loud right now. Not audible at 11:17pm.
3:59pm - very loud hard hitting bass. Sounds like someone is pounding on the wall. Stopped until 9:17pm -
loud crashing chaotic sound. 9:42pm - sporadic loud volumes. Continued until 12:10am - low, hard
thumping bass along loud echoey sounds from stereo. Finally ended approximately 1:00am.
1:35pm - loud music starting. 1:38 - Volume turned up extremely loud - very loud music has now started.
Very loud level. Contined at low level until 1:37am - EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC. Pounding and thumping .
Just simply loud. 1:47am - EXTREMELY LOUD VIBRATION FROM BASS. Loud music. Just like buzzing
vibration. 2:00am - EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY LOUD. Volume turned down then way, way up. Definite
pounding, loud, vibrating bass! 2:11am - Volume increased even louder once again. 2:57am - EXTREMELY,
EXTREMELY, EXTEMELY LOUD!!!! Rumbling! Finally just barely audible at 3:07am.
2:43pm Loud music started. Thumping. Just loud. Continued at basically same level until 12:13am - loud
bass, thumping and vibrating. 2:08am - still can hear thumping bass through wall. 2:28am - loud heavy bass
vibration. 3:22am - still hear pretty loud thumping. Even louder than at 2:47am. Extremely loud bass!!!!
Volume increased again at 3:27am - very loud. Went off at 3:58am. Went back on very audible at 5:44am.
5:50am - still audible. Finally, just to audible at 6:06am. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 15 HOURS!!!!

7:28pm - loud music started again. 7:43pm - music now turned up very loud. Pounding and buzzing.
11:31pm - low frequency bass thumping. Fairly low but audible. Now very loud booming. 11:40pm - music
now quite audible. Thumping , echoey tones. Finally, barely audible at 12:03am.
VERY VERY VERY loud music started at 6:34am. Ended by around 7:00am. 5:18pm - low frequency
whumping. Not super high volume but still audible. 9:43pm - loud music just started. Kind of a moaning
bass. Abruptly stopped about 9:44pm. 12:50am - Music now audible. Thumping and such. Got much fainter.
1:19am - music now low muffled bass. Going up and down in volume sporadically. 1:21am - grinding and
muffled bass rumbling continue. Then stop. That pattern. Finally barely audible at 1:39am.
10:16pm - loud music, but bass is not that loud. Can hear it pretty clearly through. Volume getting
aggressively louder. Extremely loud at 11:02pm! Can clearly hear music through wall. Lots of vibration.
Thumping, heavy vibration in wall and floor. Super Loud - 11:20pm - still very loud. 11:56pm - extremely,
extremely loud still. Can hear music and bass extremely clearly. Volume turned down slightly at 12:38am,
still very audible. Heavy thumping bass. Music is just loud. 1:29am - Music still very loud, but bass has been
reduced. But can still hear music or movie groaning on and on. 2:28am -Music still very loud. Can clearly
hear. 3:21am - still very audible with my TV off - volume seems to have gone up. Finally off at 3:44am.
10:19pm - loud music started. 10:57pm - music now getting loud. Bass becoming heavier. 11:00pm - now
very loud. Very clearly audible. I’d say level 6. 11:03pm - now very loud. I would say probably level 7. Can
clearly hear music. 11:50pm - bass definitely loud enough for vibration in walls. 11:54pm - very loud now.
I’d say about 7. Very audible. 1:08am - stereo still very audible. Approximately a 6 or even 7. I can clearly
hear the thumping bass. 1:17am - volume has increased. Remained steady and very low until 3:11am then
volume increased and bass thumps are quite audible. Then abruptly barely audible at 3:12am.
