Once all the Visa or Travel documents are issued, 50% of the total package cost is non-refundable
15 Days before departure, 80% of the total package cost is non-refundable
In case of Visa rejection Rs.7,000 will be charged and rest of the amount will be refunded
If upon visa rejection a person chooses to apply to the embassy directly, it will be at his/her own cost
If tickets have been issued before visa rejection, the ticket cost is non-refundable
If the visa has been applied as family, the travel has to be as family. No partial cancellation will be
permitted except in case of emergency wherein cancellation fee as specified above will be
applicable.
Insurance is covered for people below 69 Years. Extra charges will be applicable for those above 69
years of age.
Travel Insurance Coverage is only for Indian passport holders travelling from India
We will try to connect those who travel alone. However, single occupancy charges will be applicable if
it is not feasible
The itinerary is subject to change depending upon weather, crowd, border crossing, traffic etc

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is designed to cover all the eventualities viz:- medical expenses with daily allowance in case of hospitalisation, personal accident, total loss or delay of checked in baggage, passport loss, trip delay or cancellation, missed
flight connection, emergency assistance etc. when you travel. Claims will be processed according to the terms and condition of the Insurance agency. Insurance is covered only for people below 60 Years. An extra amount of Rs 2500 will be
charged for those above 60. Travel Insurance Coverage is only for Indian passport holders travelling from India

By submitting the form and payment for the tour, you agree to the terms and conditions of the True Friend Tours. No person is authorised to cancel, modify or vary the tour arrangements or to make any representation of warranty concerning
the tour. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse or revoke travel to anyone who is incapable of group travel without causing undue demands upon the staff or other tour participants. The tour operator assumes no liability for injury,
death, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. The tour operator does not own or operate any of the suppliers of service to your tour.
Similarly without limiting the fore-going, the operator cannot be held responsible for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action,
strikes or labour unrest or for any act of any third party. The tour operator does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules, loss or damage to luggage, hotel related problems or other
