3D, 4D & 5D – Digital Construction Management Solution for DLF Cyberpark

Project Overview
 DLF Cyberpark offers a world-class
contemporary structure and a new age
work space.
 Spread across a 12 acre complex located on
NH8 road, Gurugram, it is only a 9 Km drive
from the airport.
 A combination of form and functionality,
this masterpiece complex offers a perfect
blend of work & leisure.
 The project involves 2.5 mn sq. ft.
development, 3 Distinct inter-connected
blocks, with each block being an
independent identity packed with amenities
like gym, food court etc.
 The project is targeting USGBC LEED
Platinum Certification, and is an USGBC
LEED CS V2009 certified Green Building.
 It is recycling 100% of organic waste
generated into manure in an organic waste
composter (OWC).
 The project has been designed such that the
75% of the building area has daylight

progress of daily activities and minimizing

progress monitoring.
 L&T’s planning team was tracking real time
daily progress monitoring & controlling of
activities in Vico & on the same platform,
the management was taking real time
corrective action armed with a visual Vico Schedule Planner is the
forecasted impact of resources, time & cost. scientific way of optimizing a
construction schedule with
4D Simulations durations, sequencing logic,
and even geography specific
pricing. And, by creating a
schedule which eliminates
stops and starts for subs, it
helps reduce project risk and
keeps the project flowing
smoothly.

Outcomes
With the help of micro & macro LBS schedule
