Further, this serves as a FINAL NOTICE TO COMPLY with the MCLE 7" Compliance Period within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication. If your name does not appear in the list but you have already complied with the 36-credit unit requirement, please submit your Attorney's Compliance Report, While those who have ground/s for exemption are required to file an Attestation/Application for Exemption? with supporting documents. Please note that only those who have actually been issued a Certificate of Compliance/Exemption on or before 14 April 2023° are included in the list. Those who may have completed the required number of units or have submitted an Application/Attestation of Exemption shortly on or near the end of the extension may not be included in the list, due to any of the following reasons: 1. Non-submission or late submission of Attendance Reports and/or Attorney's MCLE Compliance Reports (ACRs) by the respective providers or the concemed lawyers themselves; 2. Non-payment of prescribed fees or penalties, if any; and, 3. Application/Attestation of Exemption is still subject to evaluation and/or approval by the MCLE Governing Board. Rest assured that all submissions which are complete and in order shall be considered and acted upon during the sixty (60)-day period provided for in the Notice for Final Compliance.
