1. It is not illegal to post a plate number online.  It's usually perfectly legal to post a pic or spell out
someone's license plate online because license plates are public information. It's not
confidential like a Social Security Number or DMV-ID Number.
2. Post made by Grant cannot be libelous as there was no false information intending to malign the
owner of the subject vehicle being posted online.
3. The act of pointing or raising a dirty finger against some is not held libelous as decided in one
case decided by the Supreme Court GR No. 2158
4. In case of claim for damages by other party, check if what damages had the incident created.
