Iss Kriya me aapka maansik sharir apne shaaririk roop se dikhai dene vaale pratyek pratibimb se
bahar ja sakta hai, jaise ki aap ek aatma ke roop mein swatantr roop se ghum rahe hain. Yeh
anubhav aapko naye gyaan, aatma ke gahre satya aur adbhut anubhavon ki ore le jaata hai,

Meditation: Meditation ek shaktishaali tareeka ho sakta hai aakaashiya yaatra ka anubhav karne
ka. Yeh aapke maansik sharir ko shaant karke aakaashiya yaatra ke dwaar khol sakta hai.
Meditation ke dwara aap apne man ko niyantrit kar sakte hain aur aatma-sanyam mein sudhaar
kar sakte hain, jo iss technique me safal hone k lie avashyak hota hai.
Deep Relaxation: Deep relaxation takneeken bhi aakaashiya yaatra mein madad kar sakti hain.
Yeh aapke shaaririk aur maansik tanav ko kam karke aatma ko apne sharir se alag karne mein
madad kar sakti hai. Aap deep relaxation ke madhyam se apne sharir ko vishram dene aur apne
aatma ke disha dwaar kholne ki prakriya ka anubhav kar sakte hain.

Maansik Dhyaan: Maansik dhyaan ke madhyam se bhi aap aakaashiya yaatra ka anubhav kar

Astral projection kaise kare

sakti hai.

Shareer ki dekhbhaal: Aakaashiya yatra ke samay shareer ki dekhbhaal bhi mahatvapurna hai.
Aapke shareer ki sahi dekhbhaal ke bina, aakaashiya yatra ka anubhav karna mushkil ho sakta
hai. Yahan par khaanpaan, paani peene, aur vishraam ki dekhbhaal ka dhyaan rakhna zaroori
hai.

Aatma ki suraksha: Aakaashiya yatra ke samay aapki aatma ki suraksha bhi mahatvapurna hai.
Yadi aap acche se taiyaar nahi hain ya aapke paas suraksha ke upaay nahi hain, to aakaashiya
yatra ke dauraan aapki aatma ko khatra ho sakta hai. Aapke paas suraksha ke margdarshan aur
upaay hona chahiye taaki aapki aatma surakshit rah sake.

Aatma-nigrah: Aakaashiya yatra ke samay aatma-nigrah bahut mahatvapurna hota hai. Aapko
apne man ko niyantrit karna aur vichaaron ko saanjha karne ki kshamata honi chahiye, taaki aap
aakaashiya yatra ke samay kisi bhi prakaar ki asuraksha se bach sakein.
Aawaaz ka prayog: Aakaashiya yatra ke samay aap aawaaz ka bhi sahi prayog kar sakte hain. Aap
aakaashiya yatra ke dauraan apne man ke vicharon ko aawaaz mein vyakt karke apne anubhav
ko aur bhi gehra aur saamagripoorn bana sakte hain. Aisa ap music sunkar ya mantra uchharan

apane sarir ke upar uṭhane aur ek nischit sthan par le jane ka prayas karna hota hai. Ek anya
taknik me, vyakti ko apani chetana ko ek phul ya ek vastu par kendrit karne ka prayas karna hota
hai aur phir apani chetana ko us phul ya vastu ke sath joḍne ka prayas karna hota hai.

Osho ne kaha hai ki yeh ek bahut hi kathin sadhana hai aur ise keval unhiṁ logon dvara kiya jana
chahie jo puri tarah se taiyar hain. Unhone kaha hai ki iske dauran vyakti ko kai tarah ki
kathinaiyon ka samna karna paḍ sakata hai, jaise ki bhay, bhram aur asahajta. Unhone kaha hai
ki keval ve log jo in kathinaiyon ka samna kar sakte hain, ve hi atar yatra me saphal ho sakate
hain.
