Steps to Access Service Request Feature

1. Click on <<Account Services>>, <<Service Request>>, <<Raise a Service Request>>

2. In this screen, select <<Add New>> Button at the bottom of the screen
3. If you are unable to see the <<Raise a Service Request>> option, then contact your
Relationship Manager (RM) and request for access
4. If you are unable to click on <<Add New>>, then check your access, you are probably a
Checker or Authorizer.

3. Select Raise a Service Request

4. To check status, Select


Dashboard

Click on Add New

Submit request to Update trade License from ProCash
1. Click on <<Raise a Service Request>> and <<Add New>>
2. Select Request Class <<Customer Details>>, Request Type << Update Trade License>>
3. Update the Trade License details in the online form
4. Upload valid Trade License copy
5. Click <<Submit for authorization >>

1. Select Service request class and type

2. Fill up all necessary details


3. Upload TL copy

4. Click on Submit

To track the status of your request, check Service Request Dashboard:
Users can track the Status of Service Request submitted via Procash, under Account
Services  Service Request  Dashboard Option.

Service Requests pending for authorization


Service Request in progress
Service Requests completed
Service Request Bank Rejected

By clicking on the Status (example In progress in the below image), User can View the
details of these Service request

Pending List of Requests with Client for submission / authorization

In Progress to View list of Requests submitted by Client and WIP by Bank:

Completed List of Requests which have been processed by the Bank:

To Search for specific Request(s), select Service Request - Search Option


On selecting the below fields, Corporate user will get from and to date fields with application
date by default. This will be applicable to search field from any listing page

Application No
Bank SR No
Service Request Class / Type
Status (Pending Authorization / In Progress / Completed)
Request Date
