1.1. Use MS Access to create a database and name it Elections. (2)

Set the font to Arial, size 12. (1)

1.2. Create a table named Provinces in the design view using the information (12)
below.

2.1. Open the table saved as your EXAMINATION NUMBERQ1.
Create a database report using the Report Wizard. (1)

2.2. Use only the following THREE fields to create the report: NAME OF
PROVINCES, POLITICAL PARTY and NUMBER OF VOTES. (3)

2.3. Use the columnar layout for the report. (1)

2.4. Change the report header to EXAMINATION NUMBER ELECTIONS. (1)

2.5. Insert a report footer with TOTAL VOTES. (1)

2.6. Insert the correct formula to calculate the TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTES. (2)

2.7. Save the report as your EXAMINATION NUMBERQ2.

2.8. Print the report on ONE A4 portrait page. (1)

QUESTION 3 Create a tweet Marks 7

3.1 Use google chrome and find a blank Twitter template on the internet. Attached is
an example. Copy and paste the template onto a word document and create a
make belief tweet addressing the importance of voting as a responsible
citizen in South Africa. Your tweet must be no less than 100-150 words.
Indicate the word count at the end in brackets.
