JOB DESCRIPTION
2. Validate the billing determinants and review the billing computation sheets.
3. Identify issues and provide solutions to any billing concerns of the customers.
4. Ensure all customers remain informed on their outstanding balance and deadlines through
sending of the Statement of Account (SOA).
5. Follow up and reports status of delinquent accounts to head of Billing and Settlement group.
7. Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.
9. Interacts with internal and external stakeholders in the development, implementation and
maintenance of integrated database.
10. Meet customers for billing reconciliation and propose various collection actions for
outstanding accounts.
11. Perform studies and research on the Philippine electricity market subsector and industries to
determine competitive pricing for electricity consumers.
II. EXPERIENCE:
5 years relevant experience
In depth knowledge of the Philippine Energy Industry
SKILLS:
1) Comfortable in dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
2) Results-driven and patient.
3) Can work independently and knows how to prioritize work assignment
4) Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data.
5) Excellent knowledge in MS Office (particularly Excel).
6) Excellent communication skills and inter personal skills.
